So what we've learned is.. every single passive in the game is good on Cassiopeia
the moral of this story is that if Cassiopeia had almost any other passive but her own she’d be one of the most fundamentally busted characters in the game

I mean, yes because she genuenly has the worst passive in the game in my eyes, boots are important nowadays and just not being able to buy them is annoying, imagine cassio with another passive and sorc boots...
@@ThundererR64T Well she can get another item. Getting Cosmic Drive with her more than makes up for her "lack" of boots and synergizes really well with her passive and her Q. You just delay other, important, items.
Cassio can be a busted character in the right hands, no matter what her passive is. If they gave her a new passive, it would most likely make her much easier to get value from, so I don't think it should change
I think you missed a very important point with Cassio's passive. It literally gives you an additional item slot. That could be really strong on some champions

But how many games are there in which you actually get 6 items, whereas boots are just an early spike
Could? Is there even a champ that is utterly relying on boots and wouldn't just pick up a 6th item. I mean sure, if you are support, but that is more the problem with the position rather than the champ itself.
Depending on the champ you could also just buy another item if you usually use boots as an early powerspike.
That depends on the champion, some passives are a lot stronger than fully completed items already
Most games where I get to 6th items I just sell boots, there really no reason not to do so
One small detail regarding Nami: Her passive does not only apply on supporting abilities but all abilities that hit allies. If an ally gets hit by her bubble he gets the movespeed

What about hidden passives? Like the map wide Teemo taunt or the "I died one too many time to a 5hp Singed, so now his laugh infuriates me into making stupid plays that gets my team killed" passives?
My favorite is Garen’s “gets away with everything and never dies cause he just runs away at 76 miles per hour which then makes you int to him 11 times because he deserves to fucking die”

I think Viego's is a top 10. Not only you get the untargetable, healing, and transformation, you also get the FREE ultimate to get out of it. So, imagine, any champion with AoE Ultimates with this. They could cast their ultimates everytime they kill someone; i.e. Malphite, Qiyana, ASol, Amumu, etc. Or even high mobility ultimates like Ahri or Kha'Zix (even if they already reset), Akali, Kai'Sa, Yone, or NOCTURNE.

IMO, I feel the “best" passives:
- intertwined with the gameplay
- fits Thematically

Draven passive also stacks up with CS and turret kills...not just spinning axe catches.

Senna should be in top 10 bc of A SUPPORT that have an infinite passive of ad crit range and lifesteal

Fun fact: Janna's passive is getting reworked to make her autos do and scale with ap, but she loses out on the 6% mvmtSpd towards champs (still gives champs the speed towards her tho). Its def def gonna go up a teir and depending on numbers, up 2 teirs
They actually changed it in WildRift and made it an area around her that gives her and her teammates a 7% movement speed😂..

Karthus with Annie passive has to be so op. Fire out 3 Q's and then your E is an AOE stun, or you can turn your ult into a global 5man stun.
His E also deals damage every 0.25 seconds, so unless they cap that you can permastun with just E.
Imagine his jgl clear with brand passive.
Annie passive works on spells cast, I don't think passively working abilities would work on it.
Do you read abilities? Seraphine's passive is the empowered autoattack + the double cast. Giving other champs the ability to doublecast basic abilities is not just okay

I feel like your bruiser bias really shows here, something like fiddle passive is bad on paper but great in use for any surprise based champ as it creates paranoia if used right, imagine walking into the enemy jungle and seeing 3 different zeds in 3 different bushes and the last one kills you

the issue with fiddle passive is a fiddle which you can see isn't as threatening as one you can't. Just staying out of vision is better than standing still for a minute straight waiting for someone to come fight you when you're at a disadvantage
I wish you'd discussed the mega gnar more. Like in theory it could be interesting if at a certain point Kasadin (for example) just teleported in and became mega gnar
he becomes mega gnar. but he doesnt get the benefits of changing abilities. :) so its basicly. just a chunck of extra health.
@@rotinvrede I mean I'd be cool entering a fight getting hundreds of health and a bunch of resists+AD, basically a supercharged hullbreaker that works with people around you at that point
I think another problem with mega kassadin would be: he would loose all his mana, to transform you need/get the rage stacking instead of mana and kassadin famously scales with mana so he would loose quite a chunk of damage.
I mean yea mega Kasadin might be a bad idea but the same concept could work with like mega Katarina for example
I predict plenty top tiers to be either extremely reliable and straightforward passives, or just walls of text passives, with no in-between

I think Fiddle’s passive can work on a variety of champions like divers or juggernauts. Cause remember, they feign abilities and spells. A Blitzcrank clone using its hook or a bush Qiyana would make almost anyone flinch

One thing to consider about Sion's passive is the part where all abilities turn into the same speed up one, so Vayne wouldn't have her silver bolts while it's active.

Sion’s W passive (the health stacking one) is still active when in zombie form, so he can still get max health while farming a wave in his passive Baus style
it’s not a stretch to say Vayne’s Silver Bolts, another passive on W, would also be functional in the zombie form

You know what I've been thinking? Something like "build-a-champ" might be a really fun gamemode. You would be able to pick any champion's passive, any q, any w, any e and any ult in the game. So much fun stuff you could make! And all the ways you can find to break the game! It would be very very whacky and busted, but I imagine it being extremaly complicated to implement (and knowing rito, everything would be bugged xd).
The closest we got was the reckoning or whatever it’s called where you get the ultimates of other champs as summs

Hell, imagine if Riot gave us a champion randomizer mode as an URF alternative. You get 4 random abilities and a random passive and have to figure out how to make it work.

Hey, being here early I wanted to share what I think is a really good idea for a video in this channel.
A video about the mini reworks done in Wild Rift (mobile version of lol) to many champions and how good or bad would it be if those changes were added to pc.
Like really, there are tons of champions that work differently like, Ashe, Shen, Karma, Lux, Soraka, Janna and a lot more.
It would be not to cover mobile league but rather how this would fit league pc.
I don't see anyone talking about this in the lol pc community and I think is a very fresh idea.
i love this kind of videos , hearing ur take on the items and or passives is nice and fun

I would like to point out, when you're talking about Ryze Passive, you said "It's really only good on Ryze because he has Mana ratios on his abilities." The mana ratios on his abilities come from Arcane Mastery.
He gains bonus % mana based off 10% AP and your abilities deal damage based off your bonus mana.
That is his passive just with less text. Many people don't realise that the Mana ratios are from his passive so it's fine.
I’m pretty sure the ratios are built in his abilities, at least in game that’s what it looks like, while his passive only mentions gaining mana from ap
@@portalguy2246 I'm literally in a game playing Ryze RN haha. Arcane Mastery: Ryze gains 10%AP Max mana. His abilities do additional damage based off his Bonus Mana.

I feel as though Iverns passive would absoluteky absurdly broken on almost any other jungle champion that can gank lames early. Ivern is gated by his kit and reliance on daisy to create pressure, whereas someone like Lee Sinn would be absurdly strong with it. At least in my opinion
yeah gragas passive was turbo nerfed to the ground because it offers too much sustain at the previous rate.
Why is seraphine passive not in highest tier? Its a range enchanced lichbane aa + double cast your ability. Give this to any other mage/assassin or probably most other champs and its broken af( imagine viktor double casting his beam. Thats sth like 700 base dmg+2ap). Imo its easily top 3 passives in the game.

@@walkelftexasrangerA double cast doesnt deal dmg? Ahri Q or viktor lazor 1 shot if you double cast them. + you get an 700range AA that deals pretty decent dmg. Imagine playing against a champ that casts 1 ability twice on you in every rotation and gets a better Aa every time he does.
Its only balanced on seraphine because seraphines abilitys are balanced around her passive. Her basedmg and scaling on a single cast is very low.

Double cast is whatever. On some champs it's okay, but most of time it's not useful.
@@walkelftexasrangerhows it not usefull to cast your Main dmg ability twice? Any mage or assassin would take that. Double cast kha zix q and its an insta 1 shot. Would even say its broken on neary any champ. Especially in lanephase.Most champs could 1 shot the wave at lvl 5 with a single spell. Noone can match your push. Also you just 1 shot champs without needing an item because you have 1 more spell in your rotation. Doesnt matter if tank, mage, assassin or adc. Imagine malphite harassing you toplane with 2x q every time. He does it 2x and you can go base.

Honestly the biggest disagree is Karthus should be in niche or bad. While spam casting is AMAZING the most important part is that you can't move. The vast majority of champions have a spell casting range that is much MUCH shorter than Karthus so as soon as you die most champions are useless without the ability to follow their target.
I can see it being somewhat useful for Jinx W (unless there are minions/monsters in the way) Jinx ult, Seraphine, Ezreal, Veigar IF he can cage someone, Ryze if he died right on top of someone.
But it doesn't cancel the CD of abilities so most champions would be dead in the water as soon as they went through their full rotation, and even more would just be waiting to die immediately after someone got out of range.
Maybe it's just the TheBausFFS viewer in me talking, but I do think you highly undervalued the zombie passives (Other than Karthus). Managed to kill Kog'Maw or Sion under his turret? They can delete the entire minion wave with their passive and deny you the ability to get tower plates, steal a recall or take advantage of your lane priority to roam. Sure, Kog is easy to kill thanks to his low durability/mobility, but it's almost impossible to truly punish him for dying if he uses his passive to fix his lane.
Not saying you should be dying just to kill minions, but more that you get so much less tempo from killing them than you get for any other champion.
Seraphine's passive has the double cast too
Talon's passive does technically have a cooldown. For the 2 second duration of the bleed, the target can't gain stacks.
Technically, Rek'Sai's passive does work on fury champs like Renek & Trynd. It'd turn trynd into a lethality champ cause while you wouldnt be getting crit chance, you'd get your max q ad a lot faster. Renek would kill for it too as its literally building his fury 5x faster than the passive he has now. So i'd put it in niche
I think Kog Maw’s passive is the opposite of some passives. It’s bad because it’s on Kog (others are only good because they’re on their champ) but it might be good on some champions actually. One example that comes to mind is Briar. If she had his passive (she’d also gain hp regen 😅) she’d self taunt, die in combat, then gain speed and explode for true damage

Rengar passive is truly something else. You ranked it in the top 10 (and it truly deserves it), but u still forgot about part of it. In the parts of the video I saw u only talked about the jumping mechanic and the extra ad, but u forgot about the empowered abilities, which not only make his abilities stronger but also give them extra characteristics, like the cleanse on his w.
In fact, I would dare to say its easily the strongest passive on the game
When you got to Viktor, I was thining "Imagine Renekton with this, instead of fury activated, you evolve the skills". And it would be absolutely busted, but also, not many champions have evolving skills, so... Yeah, ???
EDIT: On a final note, I'd change annie with either viego or evelyn, such powerful passives on their own... Even if you don't do it the main gimmick or main playstyle, you can still get a lot of value out of it.

@@joehudson7007 She'd be... Kinda useless? No gap closer, and an incredibly hard time ganking. Sure, she can get stuns easier, but it doesn't matter if she loses half her life before the first hit.

Any gap closer assassin with Evelynn passive. They can kill better than with Annie. Zed can use more stun sure, but imagine Zed perma camo before he engage.
Any ADC with Evelynn passive, they would be like Twitch, always a threat while never actually being targeted.
Any engage tank with Evelynn passive, you can get some better value from big AoE like Ornn, but the unseen Malphite is the deadliest.
There is always case where Annie passive is better with Zigg, Karthus, Xerath, Pantheon...
But vision is king for a reason.

Garen with Jhin's passive will be amaizing, imagine all that attack dmg and E criting and giving a lot of movement speed. The problem will be the lost interaction with attack speed but I say is worth it.

Speaking as an Elise main, I feel like the way it would work is you get the spiderling charges with ability hits and then summon them when casting whatever ult you have. Then they just last until they die.
I'm at a loss for how to balance the health regen part on anyone but Jayce or Nidalee though.

Hello Mr. Vars, I'm here to defend Sion passive. Either you forgot or forgot to mention that Sion passive applies on hit effects and lifesteal, and it is affected by range modifiers (scoped weapons in arena increased it). With all of that in mind, imagine Vayne respawning at full health during a team fight, getting increased attack speed, doing 10% max health damage per auto, applying all of her on hit effects including silver bolts and constantly lifestealing. The passive is only kept in balance by the fact it's on a melee champ that doesn't build movement speed items or on hit effects, it's basically the ADC version of giving other mages Karthus passive.
When you finish going through Qs, Ws, and Es you can go back and do something like “Champions With Bad Passives, what if they had a different one?” Or “Reimagining Bad Passives” a discussion and theory crafting video. For example what if Azir’s turret can grow legs at 50% hp and walk around. I think it would be interesting.
seraphine’s passive also double casts every 3rd ability, honestly if u put that on every other champ it will be broken asf😂
Some of these are definitely being undervalued but I think the most egregious one is Sion passive.
Couple of things to note; you're getting 1.75 attack speed static when you die. This means for ADCs this can make them attack even faster and even at full build, it's not a low amount by any means. 100% Life steal counteracts alot of the health loss. Where as with Sion you will live for roughly 5 seconds at any point, that's because he doesn't get to consistently auto someone. However early game with a wave Sion can easily live for 10 seconds in his passive. An ADC will definitely get to auto someone at least a few times unless they die completely isolated. Don't forget every auto also comes with 10% max health as a bonus. Although you lose access to your abilities you do get a speed up to catch up to someone and hit them.
An aspect of this not being thought of in the video either is, the mentality of Sion passive. Sion passive is just dead but with some time inbetween. For a class like ADCs, that is very dangerous. Sometimes they can't get off the most damage because of the risk associated with getting caught and killed. If they're in Sion passive though? Nothing to lose, any ADC will just be running at people in an attempt to auto them. Assuming the ADC was the first to die as well, their teammates can also lock enemies down for them to mangle. If you're flanking to quickly kill the ADC and they have Sion passive, they're just going to kill you. Sion passive to ADCs is what Karthus passive is to AP characters, but the difference is while Karthus makes a stationary danger zone on death, the ADC will be a mobile danger zone.
Of course there will be moments where they die to some long range ability or poke and don't get to do anything, but think about how often you kill an ADC and then press into their team, that won't be an option.
I've actually used Fiddlesticks passive to fake people out and make them waste abilities. It gives great vision control, counters invisibility, you can actually hit the blast clone plants, to move the ward for better vision coverage, and jump scare people so that they waste abilities before ulting at them while their stuff is on cooldown.
I would call it niche, not bad.

Kogs passive should have an extra tier just for itself.
Its so bad, maybe you can trade a kill with it but the vast majority of time it is :
- You got dive and died, the ennemy team is full life you wont kill/deal a lot or dmg or if the ennemy have a dash you wont hit at all
- you got poke to death and cant reach anything
And yeah you can trade a kill early but dying as an adc ( and event more for kog maw since the point of the champ is the scaling so giving the ennemy team the chance to snowball is not the best option ) especially in the early game is generally really bad

Although, as a new player, I'd prefer if you explained each passive, at least briefly. Pausing the video to read three paragraphs for each passive was a bit annoying for me because English isn`t my first language. Sometimes you wouldn`t even show the description :( i.e. for Leblanc you jus said it's niche and moved on, but I have no idea what it does.
I understand you wanting to make a video shorter, but in my opinion, 1 hour and 1,5 hour videos are not so different.

1. Both Zilean and the other champ get an equal share of the XP.
2. Zilean's passive can be leveraged via map awareness to give a heavy level advantage to a specific player, such as pushing your jungler to be 3-4 levels ahead of the enemy jungler.
Wym Sera's passive is ok? She has 2 and they are both broken.
Anivia OTP here, her passive is definitely a little disapointing, but after playing her for long enough you grow to like it. Using it has become a skill, knowing how to trade passive for a kill in a 1v1, or using it as bait in a game ending teamfight. Early game most champs can't kill your egg 1v1 in lane, so trading autos with another mage and purposefully popping egg is an occasionally good strategy because you end up being 100% HP with the enemy at 50% or less.
The cool thing many people don't know about her passive is that at lvl 1, she actually loses armor and MR from her normal stats, but at 18, she's gaining something like +40 armor and MR, so she becomes really tanky in egg with proper protection. Turning into egg also removes any buffs & debuffs on you, including potions and ignite.
The main drawback from her passive to me is the fact that she's one of the lowest health champs in the game solely because of her passive. That, paired with being one of the lowest MS champs solely because of her wall, makes her pretty heavily under-stat'd before items.
I gotta say, Galio's passive was done kinda dirty (i am still watching), cause it gives him just free wave-clear and a burst of damage, this would make trading with any mage or adc complete hell. Especially later on where this scales 100% with AP. Also any AP bruiser would be horrendous to fight against with this. Even Mordekaiser, with as busted of a passive as he has, wouldn't get much better if he could just double bonk you with his q and an auto.
Sion passive on other champs is pretty underated imo. Imagine a Kog that, instead of turning into a little true damage tickle, would only become an even bigger threat once you kill him. Sion passive is only balanced because it’s on a melee champ, so ppl can always just run away. If a champ with hella range like Cait got it, her opponents would be forced to fight a champ with 100% lifesteal where CC is the ONLY counter
Karthus passive with ult spam as well, would be really cool.
Fiddles passive is so good though. It has way longer vision time compared to a normal ward, has its added passive at lvl 6 with the 6 second oracle. It makes is so you can fake being a ward, as I've gotten outta fights personally by standing still.
You should make a video on Spells Weavers, so Champs like Riven, Samira, Gwen, Sylas etc I think champs that are a middle ground between Auto Attackers and Spell casters is the coolest thing in league

A bit late to the party but honestly I don't think cass's passive is terrible per say but it's not good early. The problem with her passive isn't that it's bad, it actually gives more MS at level 18 than most boots do (only surpassed by OOC moby's) however, it's that it completely denies buying boots at all in the early game, which is huge because, especially for some champions, they need boots badly to dodge abilities due to having low base movespeed which even with the scaling movespeed, isn't enough for them to dodge sometimes.
The item slot itself is really good and with how mythics are (soon to be were), it would be good for extra mythic bonuses. Additionally, while you may miss out on stuff like sorc's magic pen or ionian's ability haste (and summoner spell haste), you could always get another item that grants more AP, AD, HP, Armor, MR, movespeed, etc. you get the idea. Even without mythics, it's still more potential damage, survivability or utility that could be given to a champion.
Fiddle has a double passive when lvling q, the fear applies to all spells out of vision after lvling his q and his actual passive allows him to use the vision making it cracked.
I’d argue corkis passive is one of the worst in the game. If you’re an ad auto attack based champion, it would force you to build void staff to get any decent amount of magic pen, and if you have all ad ratios, you now have to build a dead item. If you’re a magic damage champ that doesn’t auto, it basically doesn’t do anything
Its even worse if you’re an auto attack based champ who builds ap items like kayle or if you’re a champ that already does a lot of magic damage through autos like kogmaw. Both of these champs already do hybrid damage, so pushing their damage even further in one direction really hurts them against MR items. The only champs I’d say it would be good on are ad assassins as it would make itemizing against it as a mage or adc, impossible.
Corkis passive would be so much better if it was 50% instead of 80%. It’s barely useable on corki, and that’s only because he has hybrid ratios on his abilities, so void staff isn’t a dead item.
The package is the only good part of it.
I’d also argue kleds passive is broken. Getting a free 1500 health that protects you from being one shot and is returned to you after autoing a few times is insane on any adc. Imagine giving this to kogmaw or vayne. They’d be the most broken champ in the game, besides Cassiopeia with Annie passive.

I treat Fiddlesticks's Q passive as its actual passive. I think if you look at it that way, it's a more situational version of Annie's. I think it's pretty good, but if we rank it based on that, we open ourselves to rank every passive effect in the game (Kog'Maw Q, Aatrox E, etc)
Galios passive is an empowered auto with a low cooldown that does damage in an aoe and scales with ap, ad and mr meaning tanks, adcs and mages can all use it. Imagining it on an adc in bot is interesting to me, it’d be like an instant exploding mini zilean bomb every couple seconds that activates on auto
Qiyana's passive is bad for most champs, but not as much as it seems. It procs on abilities and autos and deals quite a reasonable damage, so it would help a lot in last hitting minions and clear wave.
A Talon would love to have her passive just so he can clear wave way earlier in the game and get what's essentially an empowered scorch for poke in lane, same goes for Zed although his also help with last hitting
I think you underrated Diana’s. 45-120% attack speed is insane on any auto attacker, and that’s without mentioning 20-220 magic damage (+50% ap).
For comparison, kraken slayer currently gives 30% attack speed, and the 3 hit passive is 35-85 (+65% ad and 60% ap). So you’d need 207 ad for them to do the same damage at level 18, meaning that you essentially have a full kraken slayer passive and 1.5x the attack speed at level 1 (not to mention that Diana’s is AoE. Crazy waveclear too.)
It’s only balanced because Diana has to be on top of you, but imagine an ADC with that.
Cassiopia passive it's not just MS, so many people forget it. It's also hyperscailling because she has one extra item slot which means that even if she goes full tanky mage, if the game goes late she can build death cap and shread everything while being beefy.
Even more than that, she moves on straight to items after her mythic instead of boots, which is pretty nice
I think cassio's is quite good on hyper carries, getting free MS on a hypercarry like yi means that you can save the sixth slot for an item that you wouldn't otherwise be able to build.
46:20 Soraka's passive would be broken on junglers, you can come ganking at the speed of sound just because your laner is half health. It would also make counter ganking easy as hell
Ornn’s should’ve been top 10. Imagine any jungler with decent sustain being able to shop from the map. They would save so much time by not needing to back, thus exerting so much more pressure than the enemy jg just by existing.
Of course not to mention the item upgrades, which alone would be a contender for top 10 given how much value they provide late game.
id really love to see a passive version of ultimate spellbook, might be hard to figure out, but it would be fun

You also missed the most important part about cassio passive, the fact that you are able to get 6 items without having to bother with boots. Junglers especially could make good use of it simply hitting their item spikes faster without giving up too much map mobility.

WE need ability draft in league. Hella fun game mode in dota that takes alot of game knowledge but it would be hella fun in rotation
29:40 clarifications : they do not tell you that his AA damages in mini form are reduced by 20%. aside from that yep the passive is broken if you put it on a bruiser with available defensive spells, crazy that this passive is a huge benefit for nearly every bruiser, but is a pain in the ass on kled.
think you underrated Ivern's passive. It allows any champ to go jg regardless of normal position. So champions with bad early laning don't have to worry about that and roaming champs that are forced into lane bc of bad clearing can now roam indefinitely.
i think you should interpret karma passsive as "when you damage a champ with bacic abilitie reduce your ultimate cd by 4 seconds" buted on teemo
Vars, I can't believe you neglected to mention Xayah/Rakan passive allowing any champion to joint recall with Xayah/Rakan specifically. I'm so let down that you overlooked this obviously crucial element of their gameplay
renekton with darius passive would be broken. cause while you may not be able to stack it with q, e and r your w counts as an impowered auto attack which mean all you need to do is go in with fury aa-empowered w-aa. then you have it fully stacked granting you 230 ad
Graves' passive is easy to slot into other ranged champs when you read the ability as literal as possible. But I do agree it'd be hard to figure out how it'd work for melee champs

the Jhin passive is actually insane on every AD caster, as they gain way too much AD without having the limitation of doing most of their dmg with autoattacks
imagine the jhin passive on gankplank, talon, zed, ezreal, graves, Vi... every ad caster and champ with an AA reset would be insane with that passive. Imagine getting hit with a GP barrel or an Ezreal Q with essence reaver, they are highly likely to oneshot with that power

I think you're underrating just how much a melee champion would value Samira's passive of permanently giving them up to 20% more auto damage and a 12-21% movespeed buff after just a few attacks. The movement speed is easy to overlook since the Samira always cleanses it, but without her ult it would just be active for the entire teamfight.
For reference, BC at max stacks (same number as Samira passive) gives roughly 5% movement speed. While that is indeed per target, you're extremely unlikely to get many stacks on many people, and Samira's passive is significantly easier to maintain since you can switch targets freely.
And although it's definitely best on melee AD, even ranged champs still have good use for the movement speed.
Plus any champ with knockup gets a free +0.5 seconds on it.

If you played any Arena at all you know that veigar passive is good on certain champs okayish on most champs because you can't apply it that easily. It has usecases but I wouldn't say it's really busted
The arena one only gets the ap on damage and have cooldown, veigar pasive get them with cc and kills too with no cooldown veigar pasive is busted
Jhin's passive would be really good on someone like Caitlyn. Yes, you loose the increased range attacks on CC'd enemies, but you gain massive returns on investment because it isn't the passive that locks down your AS.
Another character that would make great use of Jhin's passive is Zeri. It would unlock her basic attacks to deal normal AD scaling, allowing Zeri to essentially double dip on autos with her Q and the 4th shot is an execute. AND you get bonus MS if even one bullet crits, so you can just rush crit cloak for infinite 10+% MS.
I just checked and you're right. Who at riot though Jhin needed a passive on his autoattacks. That's just confusing. Like where is that information even displayed in game?
corkis passive would get you access to the PACKAGE and to SPECIAL DILIVERY, this ability can easily win you an entire game.
