Should the Appendix B (where the principle applicant spouse and child info have to fill up) in the passport request form be filled in with a pen or should it be edited from PDF or Microsoft Word?

Hi. I believe you will get only one ready for visa email for both primary applicant and dependents. You can check with IRCC by raising a webform
For Appendix A, do they need to Fill the sponsor information ?

I just received the email today and I am very confused. It says I can send either my passport OR copies of my passport. And it says I can use FedEx or UPS as the courier I want, just make sure to include a return label. It sounds very different from other people’s experience.

Hi, I have a concern, I received information letter from IRCC to submit passport, photos and copy of the letter. I am a inland applicant so where should I send these documents( passport is not needed) , many of my friends received COPR and they didn’t go through this step, I am concerned about it. I am wondering they considered me as Outland applicant
I recommend you contact IRCC via webform. Also call the support center and get a clarification

I did my application through a representative and her email address and phone number were used as contact for the application. I received RFV, should I now inform them of my email address and contact number or leave it as my rep?
Hi. It's best to check with your representative as they know better. I haven't used a representative in my case

Hi. I am not a registered consultant to provide any legal advice on immigration. But as a suggestion you can wait until your PR gets approved. I don't if you are inland or outland applicant. If you are inland you can apply for bridging open work permit. If you are outland wait until your PR gets approved.

Depends on the country where you live in. We got ours in 10 days

Hi, today got the passport request from Ircc, but my Spouse passport will expire soon (July 2024) is it possible to nenew the passport and then submit for stamping... Kindly guide me
Passport must be valid for 6 months. See if you can renew sooner. You only got 30 days to submit passport. So you need to act fast
