I am a inland applicant so where should I send these documents( passport is not needed) , many of my friends received COPR and they didn’t go through this step, I am concerned about it. I just received the email today and I am very confused. It says I can send either my passport OR copies of my passport. And it says I can use FedEx or UPS as the courier I want, just make sure to include a return label. It sounds very different from other people’s experience.

Hi, my husband being the sponsor raised the web form on 25th Jan to inform IRCC about the child birth. Now today they sent an email to my husband to send the 'representative form ' to be filled by applicant. He is in Canada and I'm in Pakistan. I received the pre arrival letter in December.
