@@luvthukral2000 very good afternoon sir, your video was very helpful in filling out the form. If you don't mind, I have a query, my biometric was filled by my uncle (he is also an agent). But after that, I did everything, filling out my webform, my medical. In short everything, except biometric appointment. So do I need to fill the information on 3rd page, as I will be submitting my passport myself only?

Edit:- I also have a doubt that at the time of filling my webform, in the "address 1" column, I put my registered address as that on my passport. But in the "address 2" column, I filled my near by popular place (KR MANGLAM school in my case). But in my passport or anywhere in my official documents, it isn't given. I put that as a Landmark. So did I make a mistake. If so, what can be the consequences? I am asking you non of friends knows the answer. So I hope you don't mind me asking.🙂🙂
I have 2 questions
1) What date should you put? The day of Biometric or the day the courier guy comes to pick your passport up?
2) If someone biometric was in a different city from their home city, what should they enter in 'Signed at' section?

Well I know I am too late but you should write your city name in "signed at" ... and I don't know about date... if you are doing it by your self then ask someone who is already in the another country and if u r doing it with ur agent then ask them....

FYI - There's chaos, folks (I included) ain't getting email confirmation on AWB number but are in receipt of bluedart pick calls has put us in misery. Tweeting has helped only to get their attention but not the desired outcome. Hope this sorts out asap, fingers crossed!

Hey bro in that case, you should write the address mentioned on your passport on the consent form, however fill out the pick up address on the courier form where you'd want your passport to be collected ( and Same on the webform)

Sir ,my Home address and pick up address for passport are two different addresses. I wana make sure In the consent form I will fill my home address and in courier form pick up address for passport And here I have a question that when I am signing both forms do I need to mention two different cities for ( signed at )place .
Hey in the signing place, you only mention the city where you are currently , for the address, in the consent form enter the address as in ur passport and in the sms form, you can enter ur pick up address ( can be different than ur passport address)

I have given my biometrics 2 years ago which is valid for 10 years. Now while filling the consent form, shall I leave the biometric page (last page) empty or sign under applicants wishing to provide biometrics?
You can either leave it empty or fill yes in it , both will work

Hey, I have made my payment for Passport Pick up today, but have not received the AWB number mail yet. Will the sms and courier form be included in that email? I cannot find it in any of the previous mails that I have received from passport submission office. Please help. Consent form was received in the confirmation mail that they sent after filling of webform.
Some other youtube videos point out that we have to fill the biometric enrollment date in the last section. I am confused about whether to give the current date or biometric enrollment date? I've already submitted my biometrics in October.

Oh yes that’s incase you use an agent to submit ur passport; it’s not related to courier guy so you can leave it blank

Great video. I just had one doubt. The area I live in is not serviceable by bluedart , so I have provided the office address of a relative of mine as the pick up address. Now that I am filling the SMS/Courier form should I give the pick up address or should it be my address as in passport? Also what is the procedure if the address requires more space than what is provided?

Hey sorry for the late response, but it should be okay and shouldn’t affect your application, did you hear back from VFS about it?
For travel stamping, do you have to pay any fee? And do you have to send pre paid label for the vfs to send you your passport back?
No need to pay any other fees!! And all you have to do is prepare the parcel for pick up, rest everything will be taken care by VFS
1. Hello, we have received our ready for visa mail and it is mentioned in it that all family’s documents must be sent in a single package. But me and my wife have got different reference numbers after raising the two way courier forms. So I guess we will get separate awb. So do we have to send single package or two separate packages?
2. We have received the consent form after raising the web from for passport submission. Do we need to wait for another mail after payment? Because we haven’t got any sms form
Hey no if the email specifies that it needs to be sent in the single package then you’ll get only 1 awb number and send it in 1 package only

1. If I am not home (at the given address), but my parents are there either for pickup or for delivery of the passport, will it be a problem? Am I expected to put in my mother's/father's name in the "Indirect Submission" section in the consent form?
2. Regarding what you told at the end of the video, what should I ask the courier guy? Whether he has my address correctly? And how do I check with VFS whether they have my address correctly?

- ppr
- sms courier form
- consent form
And you only need to write “ TO THE OFFICER VFS GLOBAL CANADA”

Where to find the courier form, I just fill the webform for 2 way courier service but, I just received link for the consent form not the courier form. The requirement ask me to.submit a courier form.
