I’ve actually found that using flat sound sounds the best

The thing about tweaking the Music app settings is it only affects audio played on the music app right?

I don’t have Phone Noise Cancellation either. iPhone 13 mini. iOS 15.4.1
iPhone 13 series phones do Not have voice cancellation. The toggle has been deliberately left out by Apple, the hardware exists.

I do not have some of these options. Could this be a carrier or a regional issue?? For example I have no background noise cancellation for phone option.

I don’t have Phone Noise Cancellation either. iPhone 13 mini. iOS 15.4.1
My ring tone plays the first 3 notes really loud, then lowers drastically to a very low level. I don't have a 'Music' tab. Under accessibility, I've turned the noise cancellation off and on several times only to have the same low volume complaint and can't hear the incoming calls.
Go to settings>face id> and turn off attention aware feature

The toggling b/w Mono and Stereo will increase volume.
My case was the problem I’d call and can’t hear anything because it’s a life proof case and has no open holes for speakers

UPDATE: I googled it, and it won’t be available on iPhone 13. We can settle for the Voice Isolation feature in Control Center (available during a call).
