    Hi, I already have valid B1/B2 visa and my wife doesn't has. I would like to apply for B1/B2 visa for my 5 years old son only. I have created profile for my sone and there is a question asking Do your parents both hav valid visa? Yes or No.
    When i select Yes, next step showing dropbox facility but when i select No, next step showing payment page.
    please suggest me what to select (Yes or No) for my son's visa application under VWP with drop-box facility?

    Yesterday, I called uscis India support center for payment process assistance, they can`t give any info rather asked me to check website for payment process details. This video saved my time, not sure about payment info documentation in their website.
    One question - in VFS EFT while adding their ICICI account, is it checkings or savings account type?

    Hi, thanks for this Informative video. I have one doubt if you can help me:
    Scenario:
    1. IN DS 160 my location was Delhi but while selecting slots I selected Chennai as no Delhi slots were available. (Which I saw from your Video is not a problem anymore)
    2. Now I have an appointment scheduled on the 27th of this month and I reside in Pune. I want to drop off my documents at Pune. Is this possible even though my consulate is in Chennai? Or for that now I have to either go to South Zone locations like Kochi or Bangalore or let's say Chennai itself.
    Please guide

    Hi Maruthi. First of all, I would like to thank you for providing us a detailed explanation to make payment for the US VISA fee in different ways. Just now before I watched your video, I made a transaction using my credit card for my grandmother's application. While re-routing the payment gateway to VFS Global, the system asked to enter the details of first name, surname, and e-mail ID. Unfortunately, I provided my details (instead applicant's) and completed the transaction with a credit card.
    Now the query is: how can I correct it..? Please let me know if you know of any solution for this...

    I have question specific to VFS Credit card. At the last page we have to provide card details. there is disclaimer mentioned above " we accept : Master/Rupay/Visa . I don't have AMEX corporate credit card and my organisation advised me to use this card for any business use. Can some one had used AMEX card for payment ?

    Nice video! Thanks! I tried with NEFT and credited the amount back after a week. Not sure what was the issue. I have to try again with NEFT or UPI. Looks like UPI is the best and easy one!

      I have tried again using NEFT (make sure you add the account number without any space after AVEP) and select account type as Current Account (earlier I selected as Savings which did not work). This time it worked perfectly in an hour.

    I've booked an h4 visa appointment for my wife and paid through a Debit Card which is in my name. But the Visa payment receipt shows the Applicant's name as my name "Rehan Sheikh". Shouldn't it show my wife's name in it? In the booking portal, under MRV Fee payments, it shows my wife's name correctly as the applicant's name: "Sana Khan". What should I do?

    Hi, I don't have surname in my passport. I have written FNU in the first name section in DS-160 form. Should I also write FNU in given name on CGI Portal and my name in surname? Also at the time of payment It is not accepting the space between surname as I have to fill the given name in the surname.

    Thanks for the information that you have uploaded. However i am facing lot of issues since the new portal has comein . Now my latest issue is payment , where I used VFS EFT option for B1/B2. The account details that is being given in the portal is incorrect and invalid . I checked with the bank also and they confirmed the same. Wondering how people are paying the visa fees with such issues.

    Hi, Very nice presentation. I followed your steps to make payment using credit/debit card. But when I entered my last names it is throwing below error. "Last name cannot be numeric and special character. Please provide a valid last name". But I also noticed that, you also have 2 last names and you didnt get that error message while typing. Did anyone else got similar errors and any suggestions would be much appreciated.

      System is not taking gaps at that page ..just remove gap and go ahead ..this is only payment page and this won’t impact any thing ..this is some technical error in this portal

    Hi, I selected Dunk bank cash option and It did not generate any receipt as such that I can take at bank and now my appointment is also scheduled. Bank asks for that voucher and I am not sure now what should I do to pay fees. I have partial payment completed from last year so I cant even close this and open new application. Does anyone know how can I still download that voucher? The customer support is also unresponsive.

    Not sure if anyone else faced this issue but if you have VPN enabled on your laptop then it won't even open payment page. But after I proceed with credit card/ debit card option, it gives error - "We regret to inform you that your online payment transaction could not be completed successfully." - this comes after clicking Continue when you are trying to be on the last page where it gives option to enter payment card details. Not sure, if vfs website is down for maintenance in evenings of US / weekends? Do we just try again later?

    It is showing pay with the eft option I've chosen. Validity it says by August 5th it will effect and I've not paid. i just gave some dummy data to see the challan that's it VFS global is showing your payment confirmation is pending message. Not giving me any other option at all.

    I have faced same issue as yours from last 3 days and to when I have checked it said the payment date is expired so, I have closed my application to created new application to generate the NEW payment/reference number but this time it is not allowing me to modify or add some necessary details of my husband.     Hello Sir, I am Chandan Bodhak, applying for US VISA for my wife in J-2 category and already made payment through NFT on 23/08/2023 evening and the required amount was debited from my bank account. But after I made payment, when I returned back to the application page it showed a warning namely" The confirmation for your transaction is still pending" till yesterday but today the page became blank. So I can't schedule an appointment for a VISA interview. Please let me know how I can get rid of this problem and schedule an interview.

    My visa got rejected recently. But I'm really in shock that my new appointment got booked without paying any fees. How is that possible. It is showing the fees also as $320. And it is showing old DS 160 number can I submit new ds 160 and give it to visa officer at the time of interview?
    Anyone please respond.

    Bro i have paid my refusal fee amount on aug 3 and id was generated but after slot was booked it was showing my old fee receipt number

    Hello can you suggest,
    I am trying to make payment past 2-3 hours but it is not allowing me to make payment and a message is shown on VFS portal:
    We regret to inform you that your online payment transaction could not be completed sucessfully
    This happen after I click on option of VFS credit/debit card or VFS UPI (they ask for basic information) and then the disclaimer comes in.. and after that directly this error shows up
    What method do you suggest?

      Payment through credit/debit card is working now . I was able to pay through debit card. Payment through UPI is wasn't working though.
