    Born in Somalia 🇸🇴 raised in Somalia 🇸🇴 and went through no formal education. Self taught and self made. The passion this young man has is very inspiring. Such an experience, learning and acquiring all this knowledge on the internet. His story needs to be shared and promoted. I learnt a lot and listening to him is just satisfying.

    I met this young man twice. First in the posh Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2018. Then I run into him at Jigjiga Airport of Somali Region. On both occasions he was on business trip and I a mere humanitarian worker. Go brother and keep soaring. We need millions like you in Africa.

    I personally know Bashar. I first met him while he was managing a cyber cafe in Eastleigh. He was just an employee eking a life. Very humble and generous young man. Never hard a formal education but taught himself everything IT and just became very good. Used to fix my laptop for free. He even gave me a wrist watch I still have to date.
