Am from Botswana and thanks to Mr Mogobe for sharing his insipirational story, especially like he indicated not many well off business people in Botswana especially locals like sharing their stories even if they have no political connections whatsoever, in part perhaps from our tswana culture of humility and the general dislike for showing off. The 3rd building (with 3 towers) at 3:33 bottom corner in the left called Zambezi towers is owned by one such motswana gentleman who also owns lots of property and zambezi motors. He is so humble and not many people know him, you would miss him holding a coversation with security guards as if he is not a millionaire

Watching Lawyer Mogope Entrepreneur of Botswana & Wode Maya from Australia
      Inspiring people - both
in their respective areas of choice. To do what one wants and enjoy is very important. Satisfying plus rewarding! Mindset of a lot of Africans has to change from negativity to positivity. Plus jelousy and pulling each other down must stop. Unity is the key. If other people can do it, so too, can it be done there, in the African Continent.
      Keeping the dream alive! Planning,
stratigizing, having a time frame on when to get the results of the Dream, have resources ready or in place, ensure skills, putting the hard yards each day is a necessity. Accountability a priority
and a must! Being optimistic that the dream has to stay alive and must be realized/ accomplished has to be
on one's mind 24 Hrs each day. No one should be told by anyone that Africans can't do this or that. But with diverse education, different skills, believing in one's self and a time frame in one 's mind when to achieve/ reach the goal, it must happen. Achieving or realizing
      ❤The Dream❤
      Well done Congratulation to the
      visionary Lawyer/ Entrepreneur - Magope
      To Wode Maya:-
Thank you for making many of us to view/see those images and learn, from all these great people who are changing the Narrative of that great place.
      ❤ A....the Continent❤

It an African mentality. We are afraid that people will be jealous of us because we are doing well, or we will become the sole providing source for many because they will count on us financially😒

Keep inspiring us Mr. Mogobe and thanks Wodemaya for bringing us the story.

I love this guy. It's so true. I'm on my journey right now and it's not easy. It's really hard in the beginning, but you have to do like David did and "encourage yourself"; because sometimes, there's no one there to do it and on some days, you WILL feel like giving up. A mentor once told me that people give up right at the time when you had reached the top but now all that hard work is lost as well as the prize. I was also taught in the finance industry that "big risks gives big rewards".

Thanks to Wodemaya for giving your bigger platform to Mr Mogobe to share his wonderful journey in life, mostly business. He's an inspiration to some of us who are also in that journey of real estate investment. May God Bless him and his family wonderfully👏🏾🙏🏾
