I've spent the last 3 days in South Sudan with Bashar and this guy is truly one of a kind. We got connected through Instagram about a month ago, and I didn't know much about him or his story until I slowly discovered it as we've been roaming around Juba (the capital city).
Long story short, he grew up very poor without ever stepping inside a school, taught himself IT from UA-cam videos and worked his way up the chain to run a multi-million dollar business in South Sudan.
Not only that, but he gives back a large amount of his wealth to fully support his parents and 14 siblings back home.

I'm from South Sudan and this brother just puts many of the South Sudanese men to shame. He's a foreigner but was able to make it through all the hardships while most of my people are slacking and even refusing to do certain jobs. 🤦🏽♂️

Inspiring! I’ve grown up in a middle class family being able to go on vacations etc. but I’ve never liked the way of living on others money (and it’s not enough). I’ve had a big interest for clothing 4 years or so now and this spring I started my own secondhand company! I do that beside the studies and my work as a cashier. My dream is to own a big company some time
