This man is phenomenal. Seeing how he's come this far, gives me motivation. Despite the hurdles he experienced, he wasn't deterred. There is special importance of having people who help you get ahead in life. No one gets to any position in life on their own. When you meet these special people, don't let them go. Always appreciate them.
T, I'm so glad you asked why Nigerian homes are way more expensive than in countries like SA. The man said the cost of financing, which I never really thought would be a big issue due to the cheaper labour and vast uncultivated landmass we have. However, financing at 20-24% repayments as he said is completely insane 😲, especially building at that scale. Great interview on a great man 👏.
Financing in Nigeria is very expensive and not just compared to SA. Even compared to East Africa, Angola etc. The Nigerian government is aware of it is not a big secret, but they haven't solved the issue.
His explanation of his own story was so clear that my inspiration to succeed skyrocketed to 1000 %. His English is on point too !! True definition of a success story to emulate !! 🙏🏾 GOD IS GOOD !! 🙏🏾

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? “We’re going global!” - Dang! This Man. He said, 50-60% of his staff owning properties gives him joy. How many Nigerian employers can boast of that? Instead, they try to pull us down.
Greetings Tayo Aina, what an awesome opportunity to view this interview with Billionaire and businessman Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo of Nigeria. I see that he remembers his childhood and as such is on a mission to build sustainable futuristic housing and communities for the Nigerian people. Tayo, also you are doing a wonderful thing in interviewing the great innovators and Key Players in the Nigerian habitat. Thanks for sharing as your content speaks volumes.
that is one thing I love about Nigerian entrepreneurs compared to any other African countries I experience, how they hustle. No fear of the unknown, unfortunately he is right, manufacturing is non existent due to people perception of local products and lack of support from government to tax import so local production can be competitive.
Big Man said that in the next 5 years he's going global... Building a Nigerian real estate company in Ghana, SA and our beloved Rwanda. He's welcome, isn't he???
I like how Dr. Okonkwo laid emphasis on education, destiny helpers, dire consequence of procrastination, and on believing in ourselves as Africans. We are the ones to make our countries better places, we are those very people our countries are looking up to and we shouldn't fail them. Big ups Tayo, keep up these great and inspiring interviews.
There is a saying in my place Kenya 🇰🇪 that goes ," when you frequently go to market places, make sure yours is there otherwise you become a hopeless wanderer ". So the purpose of this video is to encourage us to own something in the market. My opinion.
I actually didn’t know this man but he really knows his stuff. He was dropping lots of truths. More power to him. He’s an inspiration. I be will certainly watch over and over.
Pay attention to how he was referring to “this cousin” “that cousin” and “cousins”. Friends, no matter where you are in life, try to Pull up those that are close to you! Don’t you ever see them as competition. Contribute to people’s lives

A native entrepreneur, good inspiration. "When God gives you an idea, he gives it to 2k people if" in simple words fast execution is key and procrastination is a killer.
Very humble man. Many forget where they come from. I appreciate hearing his story from the beginning. God Bless him!
Oh myyyyyy.....
This man is soooo full of wisdom, such that; he is constantly fighting with wisdom for a spot on his lips.
Everything he said is Wisdom and Inspiring.
Africa is okay 👍

Every word that came out of this Gentleman's mouth is inspiring. A serious pride to Nigeria. Omo adugbo mi to sure
I learnt a lot from this short clip….so much wisdom was poured into this interview that every minute, seconds counts….I mean I was glued to my tv….thanks Tayo…and thanks Mr Ned for showing lights to the young Africans that we can do so much if we put our minds into it, thank you sir.
I’m glad you enjoyed it. Another one dropping tomorrow. Stay tuned!
Sure, thanks.
Hearing this man speak gave me goosebumps; I caught myself smiling, so much wisdom and drive, it's incredible to see. I'll definitely continue on this path I've chosen. In a couple of years, I want to be able to tell my story and inspire people the way I've been inspired.
The best interview of someone from a humble beginnings. I learned a lot as an entrepreneur
He built his $billions using Nigerian people. Good for him, what a great guy. Amazing story. Awesome video Tayo!
Very true 💚🤍

This Man's story is really inspiring, Wow. God bless his cousin too, the guy was a great destiny helper
Wow.... You can see sincerity story from this man. Nigerian Youth should learn from this
T, I'm so glad you asked why Nigerian homes are way more expensive than in countries like SA.
My take is there is no one who cannot turn his life around. All you need is focus, humility and a hand willing to hold you up and give you the ropes.
His explanation of his own story was so clear that my inspiration to succeed skyrocketed to 1000 %. His English is on point too !! True definition of a success story to emulate !! 🙏🏾 GOD IS GOOD !! 🙏🏾
Holy so this is how a businesses man thinks wow 😲😳😳 this man has a creative mindset, his mind is like a crowded city like new York ❤️❤️😀😘 where is the second video
When I first got notification for this video I knew it was gon be lite, I was deliberately delaying watching the video I couldn't hold it longer than 3 days, this is really inspiring. Me and my friend ventured into real estate last year it's not been easy but we're almost completing our first project😁😁
This is part of my vision for Africa's real estate, especially Nigeria
You can tell this was an outlet for him to share his story! There's an eagerness to how he shares his story! Thanks Tayo.
This is just amazing. Nigeria is truly blessed with very passionate brains. I love this masterpiece
Has to be the best interview I’ve watched on your channel. This man is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work !
I didn't think I would like this... I'm really inspired in how he broke down his journey to success. What an inspiring story: very believable and relatable... Thumbs up
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
“We’re going global!” - Dang! This Man. He said, 50-60% of his staff owning properties gives him joy. How many Nigerian employers can boast of that? Instead, they try to pull us down.
Exactly. They don't care if you make it
He's so intelligent. It's really good to hear people speak and get an insight on them.
His story is the potential for every African’s story. ❤️ from 🇳🇬
Big Man said that in the next 5 years he's going global... Building a Nigerian real estate company in Ghana, SA and our beloved Rwanda. He's welcome, isn't he???
@@frankmutabazi2227 We need more of this across the Continent and it is possible.
Every country has entrepreneurs stop degrading other Africans
I like how Dr. Okonkwo laid emphasis on education, destiny helpers, dire consequence of procrastination, and on believing in ourselves as Africans.
We are the ones to make our countries better places, we are those very people our countries are looking up to and we shouldn't fail them.
Big ups Tayo, keep up these great and inspiring interviews.
I’m not into real estate but this story is so inspiring.
There is a saying in my place Kenya 🇰🇪 that goes ," when you frequently go to market places, make sure yours is there otherwise you become a hopeless wanderer ".
So the purpose of this video is to encourage us to own something in the market.
My opinion.
Perhaps you can pursue your dreams in what ever area you are passionate about. I believe this is the purpose of stories like this .
I actually didn’t know this man but he really knows his stuff. He was dropping lots of truths. More power to him. He’s an inspiration. I be will certainly watch over and over.
He is so soft spoken! I was not expecting that. So wise with his words absolutely love this story
His story verifies the knowledge from Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad.its really amazing. Let's all follow the steps
Wow real estate is my biggest dream, watching this really give me courage to continue until I make it too in my home country🇨🇩 and other places
Pay attention to how he was referring to “this cousin” “that cousin” and “cousins”. Friends, no matter where you are in life, try to
Pull up those that are close to you! Don’t you ever see them as competition. Contribute to people’s lives
His cousins is Obi Cubana
This is so inspirational! I'm a Kenyan and I love Tayo's content. This was my first watch of his content! I now cannot stop! Most content creators don't give us an opportunity to hear the story of the persons behind the magnificent property we view and know what powers their wings to achieve
As far you stay hungry, you stay foolish, you stay humble , you'll succeed .
A great advice for everyone who desire to be rich .
