    I wanted a 20 gauge for casual clay and dove shooting here in the U.S., my choices were the 20 gauge Beretta EELL or the Rizzini Regal Deluxe. I went with the Rizzini.

    This was a trip definitely worth taking. Congratulations to the production team and to yourself, Johnny. Absolutely enchanting visit. This deserves a prize as a technical documentary video production. It also deserves accolades as being exactly what gun-lovers want to see: soul being put into steel and wood. Keep Passionate and Carry on!

    Wow, never be so compelled to watch from start to finish, faultless production, I met the main Rizzini man at the shooting show a couple of years ago, what a true gent, I’m a Perazzi fan but would like to try the 460 and then of course take the fitting trip with John Henry from Bywell’s who took me for the Perazzi, it’s great to see that Rizzini don’t charge extra like many others, your video has definitely created much interest, thanks again for a fantastic production very informative.

    You’ve really outdone yourself with this one. You’ve come a long way. You and your team have long since gone from just another “gun review channel” to an industry respected gun review and showcase channel. Think about it. If someone like Rizzini thought it important to invite you to their factory and give you a personal tour, it means that you have earned their respect and that what you have to say about their products matters to them. I’m betting Rizzini isn’t the only one following your channel.

    What an experience that must have been. My envy runneth over. That S2000 mini 410 has got me wondering if I take the plunge on a nice 410 O/U, maybe the Rizzini would be the better option. More soul.
    I'll have to say I got a good laugh watching Edward's description of the English green and expression of Ferrari yellow hull.

    • @8s9s96
      @8s9s96 3 роки тому

      The .410 is my favorite bore for skeet (along with 28 gauge). I almost ordered/purchased a 410 barrel for either my Perazzi MX8 or MX8-20, but ordering a new 410 shotgun (as a whole) would be more cost effective.
      Keep in mind that if lead shot is banned, and bismuth and tungsten are too expensive as alternatives, the 410, 1/2 oz. case will not accommodate the same volume-to-mass steel load. The case will be obsolete. The 28 gauge may then possibly accept a 1/2 oz. steel load.

    • @danhill6333
      @danhill6333 3 роки тому +1

      @@8s9s96 that will be a sad day. I would load tungsten for hunting, but at $1 round just for the tungsten shot, no way would I shoot clays with it.

    Another great film guys, I have watched so many over the last week and was strikes me more than anything is the difference between the experience here and the one of the American factory. They feel like what we image a gun maker to be and even though not everything is done in house it's a whole village working together.

    I have a left handed Rizzini made just for me and I love it. The Color Case Hardened Receiver is my favorite feature. With it's 30" Barrels, it swings ever so smoothly when I'm Shooting Sporting Clay's. My friends with their Browning Citori's hate me... 😁 I also sell Industrial Tools and Abrasives so I was salivating over all the Stocks being finished.

    I'm about to buy my first over and under, and finding out about Rizzini is in the same price point as Beretta or Browning.

      Just to come back. YES I bought a Rizzini O/U BR110 Sporter with adjustable comb. With just 2.5 grade walnut, but atleast I got the darkest one in store.
      Never were interested in the quality of the wood and other details until I came across this channel. It's great to be honest, it's comfortable and the craftmanship is on point.

    That is a world class documentary that could be shown anywhere and be considered made by the best of the best.
    Holiday in the sun come tgs come Attenborough’esque docu.
    Loving it Mr Carter and team. Can we get this on the bbc or discovery or history channel?!
    What has changed since 2019 with Rizzini, minus a factory tour and time with Edward King? The new guns seem to have better engraving and a gorgeous front end in the sporting.
    The video shows the passion of the makers and partners such as ASI, I look forward to trying a Rizzini one day.

    Phenomenal video congratulations. To put it mildly the Italian gun trade is very incestuous. In that Valley there is people from every family working on everybody else's product. Some companies make parts for many other brands. Rizzini has come a long way from what they once were. They have always made a good product but now it's far better. Outsourcing reduces cost. I still prefer everything made in house.

    Hi Jonny and team...Great video - always thought of Rizzini as a more specialist provider for those who actually want a Rizzini as opposed to those who want a gun and pick up / consider and evaluate the usual Beretta / Browning etc. This video certainly stretches the imagination and puts what appears to be a high quality gun maker at the forefront of accessibility. Certainly if nothing else, it improved and developed my understanding who they are as gunmakers as well as gun making more generally...a great video and thoroughly enjoyable watch...well done..!

    Joe I sure like the shows inside gunmakers factories. Having worked as a machinist and toolmaker I can see that they have invested a couple of million dollars or more in CNC machines to reduce the hand labor making double guns by having parts that fit or almost ft with no handwork. We get much more precise guns in the bargain. Bring in Gardone Val Trompia probably makes investing in CNC machines safer as it is possible to keep them busy doing contract work for more than 150 gun makers working in the valley. There sure seem to be a lot of manufacturers in a town of 11,000 in a valley of 80,000 people.
