in conjuction with wave/tsunami they can really stack damage like nothing else as long as they are firing compound damage types like "water/surge" and "oil/pyratite"... but they are complicated and expensive to run by comparison to a Meltdown for brute mass damage.
I see you double walled which is good, but you need at least 2 wall types to block all incoming damage types. Your setup was insufficient. You need Plastanium backups... and you should put them behind whatever other wall you are using. Because Plastanium is weaker Don't rely on them for your Front wall, leave them for back/flank walls. Your "Foreshadow" is too close to the action... leave that for 2nd line of defense if things begin to over run your front line defense. You should also avoid cramping your front line up so much too... a few rows back and your could have a much wider and resilient firing line. Also... keep track of flier entries separately... in most cases 8 - 16 "Scatters" backed with pneumatic drills and lead are cheap and more than enough to keep them sorted while the main procession is wiped by your front line. You should also use Containers for ammo reserves and tanks for the liquid reserves. those "pipes" and belts are not enough to keep things in good order when supply lines are broken by errant damage. Also... your "Flare" game is weak. constantly circle or jank the guardians to attract their fire away from your fortifications don't "sit still" even if you bite it you will quickly respawn but each shot you make the guardian take at you can spare damage to your setup giving them more time to eat at it's HP. Always over build your defenses... don't let the easy waves fool you into thinking you have a setup ready for a guardian... you can get mopped stupid fast if you don't.
@@megachu3276 The Meltdown is the only electricity based turret able to hit air. So answer is no except for Meltdown. The Meltdown does have the raw power to destroy just about anything provided you have a good setup. And while I am totally guilty of using Meltdowns exclusively for my early guardian waves it is better to provide some solid combo damage turret like the Cyclone/Surge Ammo & Tsunami with Water which will do electric/water combo damage as time goes on.
eclipse's laser is blocked by plastunium wall, bullet is blocked by meta wall
Good tip for beginners
definitely recommend swarmer for high damage

a question, can you depend on only those electricity based turret against eclipse?
