Doing well, proud to have got here and admittedly I've got to the point in the challenge where normally I'd be glad of that rest day so going to follow this routine with one of your great stretch sessions coz got to be ready to attack tomorrow! BTW, this mix of cardio strength is hitting every muscle for me, I'm a big fan of metcon..... apparently 😊
Thank you for this short (yet effective!) workout! My shoulders and glutes started yelling at me when I got up this morning, so this was a nice way to calm them down. I absolutely loved using my yoga blocks today:) Thanks, PJ
I noticed some improvement in strength and stamina in this workout compared to a month ago. I like that you’re sprinkling the Ignite Challenge workouts throughout the monthly calendar. It is an awesome and tough challenge. 😅Worth all the work you put into making it happen! 🙌 Thanks, PJ❤
Second time doing this one and I was able to do all those pushups from the toes and the plank jacks without yoga blocks :) I love seeing the progress I've made since the first time I did the workout! One month later and I no longer need to modify any of the moves! Thanks for the ab (and booty!) burn PJ!

The yoga blocks did the trick for me today. I’m feeling extra spicy after hopping my way through the plank jacks to squat thrust. Glad we only had to do three rounds, though! Thanks, PJ!❤
Those crawl things (😅inch worms) are really a challenge! I think I failed crawling in babyhood. Glad you’re loving Ireland. It was one of my favorite vacations.
Day 7 done! Thanks for a great quick sweat and a serious ab burn! I love using the yoga blocks for the plank jack series- it makes the move much easier for my hips and keeps me from rounding my back too much as I jump forward into the squat. And now I'm off to the garden for the rest of the day, so this was a great way to get everything warmed up ;) Thanks PJ!
After the first round I considered finding a different one of your workouts, cause I hate planks-but stuck with it! Glad I did - now I feel proud that I finished! Thanks for the great variety in your workouts, I know I'm getting stronger.
My core is not amused, but it is fired up. Another great workout here in a hotel room. I appreciate these types of workouts because even though I have fat on my body, these exercises remind me that I am strong.
