Even after 2 years of faithfully doing your workouts and challenges, this one really did me in! And I HATE pushups but my personal challenge (@ age 68) is to be able to do 10 - 15 on my toes. Thanks for the inspiration PJ!
Got this one in before unfortunately having to stop the challenge for a few days, but will start all over in a week ASAP yeah❤I'm red as a beetroot and don't think I've felt that I've done exercise like that for quite a long time. Not sure that I'm ever gonna stop those elbows going outto the side on my push ups, but I sure as heck am going to work for it. Mother's day in France today and I've just proved how strong we mum's can be 😊 💪

This workout is very well named! Killer! I felt like a kid again with the hopscotch drill! Who knew we were working so many muscles! Great start to the challenge!!
Wow, I improved since the first time I did this workout. Was able to use 12lbs and the 20 lb dumbbells. When I first did this workout during the challenge I used 10 and 15. Love metcons, thank PJ

I tried this today to mixup my routine and boy was it a shock to my system. I thought my fitness was ok but this was a challenge. I had to drop my weights down to lower ones half way through. Now that I'm finished it feels good. Thank you PJ!!!
Just starting the challenge today since my colon resection surgery in May. It feels good to be back, even with lower weights and modifications! Thanks for the best workouts and challenges, PJ! I may not be able to do the challenge in 15 days but I will complete it!!💪
I started today also since Mondays at work are tough for me. Wow, it was definitely a challenge and I loved it, thank you. I also am grateful for the push up instructions. I don't want to be a weakling anymore haha

Wow! Once again, my abs were screaming during each round of the golf swings!! Funny that I do not remember using the golf swing when I want to do a 10 min ab workout. Thanks for always keeping me motivated.

This was great, PJ! I love MetCon workouts, they are so good for getting that heart rate up and keeping it up, while also working on strength. I like to mix it up in my fitness, so sometimes I do straight strength workouts, sometimes cardio, or sometimes a MetCon like this (and also stretching, can't forget that!). By the 4th round I was definitely getting fatigued, but I finished strong! 💪Pushups have always been my nemesis 😒, and even those negative pushups were difficult for me. Thank you for a fantastic workout! I was laid up with a monster migraine most of the day yesterday, so it felt good to get moving again today. 😊

Enjoyed this new day 1 challenge of the ignite challenge. As you say put on my runners and just did it ! Was really well paced and had some bone building hops too ! Please consider creating a muscle strengthening challenge soon to compliment this challenge 🙏👍
I'm starting the Ignite challenge a couple of weeks late because starting a challenge during the last two weeks of my kids' school year was just nuts. I'm looking forward to the next 14 met-con workouts... the push-ups not so much, but I'll hang in there with those. 😅

I've been with you a while, and I love your challenges, but I must admit, this 1st day was tough for me. 🥵 'Had to have different dumbbells as I found I had to go down for some of the moves. Even the hopscotch challenged my coordination 😅 I look forward to doing this again next time with more consistent weights and better coordination 😊❤ Day 1, done!
