    材料:花生,鸡蛋,白沙糖,花生油,中筋面粉,泡打粉,小苏打
    做法: 1.烤箱上下火180℃,中层烘烤10分钟
    2.花生去皮,打碎,鸡蛋一颗,白砂糖60g,花生油80g,中筋粉150g,泡打粉2g,小苏打1g,粉类混合过筛翻拌成团
    3.揉成团,搓成14g的小球
    4.最后烤箱上下火180℃,中层烘烤15分钟
    Ingredients: peanuts, eggs, white sugar, peanut oil, medium gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda
    Method: 1. Oven upper and lower heat 180 ℃, the middle baking 10 minutes
