i just wish it'd use a reasonable amount of power... i am looking for a good laser tool mod, but the ones i've found are either too strong, use none or not enough energy, or are built with just basic components >.> i am looking for something that'll be an upgrade to the regular toolset, but without tiered blocks
The beam appears to continue shooting for a while after grinding a block and this poses a question: If I make a grinding pit with these, will they damage the pit or is the beam shooting off-target just visual glitch?
I'm not sure how it works but I'm guessing since it's 25 pcu, it seems to just be a very minimal turret. Nanite control facility had 6k pcu and likely has way more options. Nano build and repair uses 200 I think and has less mechanics than the facility.

There’s a problem with welding mode in survival rn. The turret consumes resources, but doesn’t weld. This is an issue on toolcore side

I tried this thing and.... it likes to grind your own blocks it's annoying when you aren't aware about it being like that by default.
These would be a great way to encourage players to use more accent blocks.

Does it work with the projector block repair system? I bet it does but you might have missed mentioning it.

Im using a different tool core beam tool like this and if it hits a block behind that its not trying to disassemble them it doesn't damage it.
