    I make my own allulose syrup. Melt butter, allulose and maple extract. So good!

    I've been watching you for a long time and I really enjoy all your videos! You are such a blessing to all of us! Your recipes are so delicious! My question is which of your recipes, that you have perfected, are your favorites, I mean what ones in particular do you use the most? I always wonder.       Awe thank you for your kind words. So my favorites are my VKF I use almond flour and einkorn about equally. My most recent milk 🥛 my truvia/xylitol sweetener blend and my chocolate chip cookie recipe 👍🏼 off the top of my head those I use most

    I was up bright and early this morning ready to make biscuit bread so I could make the French toast. Didn’t have enough flour 🫤so made 4 batches of it. I am having French toast for breakfast!!!! It’s going to make my day. Then for lunch I’m making Victorias pizza!!!! 🍕 I always thank Victoria for being such a blessing. Your name sure fits you! ❤ I’d love to meet you some day!

    yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, would love it if you could do baked Alaska!!!!!!!!🥰🥰 it is a one layered cake any shape, and you put icecream on the cake layer, refreeze it, then spread meringue over it in place of icing and then you put it into your oven on broil for about 10 seconds or so, just enough to gently give it a golden brown look, then we eat it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was wondering if you Victoria or anyone has broken down the flour Once it's made into a batch how many calories are in a cop carbohydrates protein because I was trying to figure it totally confused me so I was just wondering if anybody has done it and what was your outcome how did you do it And I'm only asking because but my husband asked me because he just is ecstatic with this flour and so am I I have made the Amazing bread 3 times all perfect loaves...I actually just got finished making the dream biscuits and I'm planning tomorrow to make the biscuit bread he was very curious and I really didn't have an answer so if anybody does I would so greatly appreciate it especially if you do Victoria I know you're busy Thank you,your husband and your family for your sacrifice for our country ❤🇺🇸

    Hmmmm...
    Had no interest in the biscuit bread initially, but I might need to make some for this. (One of my two favorite breads for french toast is cornbread. Not keto, but definitely tasty. I could see biscuits french toast having a similar crumbly texture and custard absorption, even if not the sweetness.)
    Also need to try the biscuit bread with some sausage gravy.

    Hi, I really want to use the bread recipe (Amazing Bread) to make Hamburger and Hot Dog buns but the only recipe you have is really old.....If I mix up the bread recipe like I was making the bread BUT put it in the burger/hotdog molds will it work? and I am sorry I always write you and ask you things its just a lot of your recipes are for the old flours and I am not sure how to convert to the VKF version....I am sorry that I may seem annoying or bothering and you are a very busy Mom, Wife etc but getting things right when I cook is important and prices are high don't like to throw out because it failed....Plus my husband and I both have illnesses that require Keto diets so you can understand that since that is why you have done miracles for yourself and have blessed us with those creations The Lord has blessed you and like sharing his word through scripture you are also "Feeding" us through him as well......Thank you- Julianna

    Victoria, I thought I heard you say at one time , you can use the “new standard keto flour” for any recipe. Did I under stand you correctly? Thank you

    Is it right that syrup has 22 carbs? That’s what it says under Kroger nutrition. Can’t be right.

      Allulose is a zero net carbohydrate so it cancels out the carbs to zero
