Although I've made Donna Jordan's Jagged X, I like the size of these larger blocks, and that you can actually make something out of the half square blocks that are left over. Thanks for sharing this.
I have just read the comments after viewing several videos. IMO, your creations are beautiful and inspiring. A beginner with too many jelly rolls and no inspiration, hopefully I will change that. Thank you for sharing.
Options for the original pattern, great ideas. I have 2 large totes of half square triangles, thanks for the incentive to do something creative with them.
Как просто и красиво! И ещё мне очень понравилось, что треугольные обрезки по краям не выбрасываются, а тут же сшиваются в квадратики! Я тоже всегда так делаю, даже мелкие сшиваю, а потом использую в других изделиях.
It's unbelievable how many designs can come from one simple block. Love the first quilt with the black background. Everything pops. But what color do you use for the quilting? It seems like the thread will either clash with the black fabric or the prints. Would love to know what others do.
I don't know what it's called, but the fabrics are definitely not American. I live very far from America and I hardly know English and I don't know Donna Jordan either.

Thank you for the great idea. Just FYI i wish there'd been no music. Tho it was good, it just goes on & on & i don't like to have to turn my volume up & down. Just FYI, for me. It seems so many are using music. Thank you. I'm going to subscribe.
Thank you for your opinion! I have some other videos without music. But sometimes I can't record clear sound for technical reasons. Extraneous sounds interfere, for example, the meow of my cat.

I have made Donna’s Jagged X also. This size looks much faster to work with and the HST’S will make a great great project.
Благодарю, за прекрасные блоки!!!💖🌹

Another great video and some absolutely beautiful quilts. Love your work - you're so talented.
Thanks a lot for the kind words!
Clever use of scraps...love the example using black for all background. It gives it a modern look❤ thanks
I also like to use dark fabrics for the background.
I love the movement in these blocks!! Reminds me of drunkards path but with triangles!! Well done!!
Thank you! I also really enjoy "playing" with these patchwork blocks.❤️
Love this scrap buster and it’s easy enough to I can share with my new to sewing friend. Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome!❤
Восторг души! ❤❤❤

Это очень правильно, когда шьем без отходов!
I really love the design thank you

For quilting, I would take the thread to match the color of the background fabric. I think this is the best option.❤
Очень интересный вариант!
Самое главное, что шить очень просто!❤
Great. I did with 3 1/2 pieces
Yes, this is a very possible option.
❤❤❤ muito obrigado pela aula 😘😘
Por favor!
Cool pattern. Not sure where you trim rectangles
Makes me think of lattices and rose canes with thorns. I'm thinking, a big sparce rose print (or prints, possibly) for the base color.
Yes, this option is quite possible.
I think one of your set ups is called jagged x's, from Donna jordan at Jordan fabrics.
I just made her pattern in patriotic colors and it turned out beautiful. I love Donna Jordon.

@@nineboneable It's clear . But what does my sample have to do with this story? I go my own way in patchwork.Sorry

You, for sure, can cut how do you want, but try to cut AWAY from you, this way the wrist has much mor power ! (And it's safer)
Thank you, of course, for your advice, but somehow I myself!
❤
Are there printed directions? I love these!
Dimensions are given in the video and in the description of this video.
Is the second pencil line a half inch away from the first pencil line drawn?
Yes that's right!
Loving your tutorial! Thank you!!!
how big of a quilt does this make?
The quilt can be made to any size
𝐄 𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚̃𝐨?
🤩👍👏
👏👏👏👏😚
Why can’t I get transcript
Sorry, I didn't understand what you wrote.
Of course you know you should never pull the rotary cutter towards your body. Push away from any valuable parts! 😮😮😮
It’s reminiscent of a drunkards path.
Yes, this patchwork block resembles a "drunk path"
