To be honest when I first started digital art, your videos were the first tutorials I ever watched. Seeing a new video from this channel makes me so happy and the feeling of nostalgia is real. Glad to see you back.
I used this video today and was able to get a drawing done in under an hour. Your videos have helped me so much already I literally cannot believe it, thank you so much for the tutorials and great art!
THIS IS WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!! i haven't been able to find a step by step on doing a simple drawing so that I can slowly know how to work the program and start (hopefully) doing some practice on Firealpaca! Thank you! Nice video, btw
Excellent! No worries... I listened to your video. You have a beautiful voice and worth listening too...and I got a good laugh at the beginning. You made this tutorial very entertaining. :)
i tried different software and firealpaca is best for me, i still learning how to draw and thanks for this tutorial cover all what i need to start the process, its easy too, would go back frequently!
Nice and simple and to the point! Best of all, it didn't take forever. Admittedly I just did a cube along with this tutorial but it got everything covered I would have wanted for a beginning/starting point. Faving this for future reference as I try slightly more complicated drawings.
This video has helped so much! I never really understood shading and highlighting on digital art as you can tell if you look at my profile image lol I always kinda gave up because it seemed too hard ty for your help! I subbed!
How is it possible to be such a good teacher... Short videos explaining it all perfectly in a funny way! Thank you so much, been struggling with Alpaca because I couldnt find any documentation and now I know it all (almost) thanks to three of your videos ! Thanks a bunch, love from France
Well uh.. what stuff or something you draw use on? i mean do you use mouse? im using mouse and its kinda hard, and also why when i use pencil and all exactly same but its like have a bad line art (sorry for bad english)
You can either try to: Change the expand fill to 2 pixels OR Try using the border technique. 1. Draw around your lineart parameter on a separate layer 2. Set the bucket fill to Active Layer instead of Canvas 3. Fill the colour~! It's more time consuming but usually it makes the lines much more cleaner. I hope this helps! ✨
After following these steps, when I go to use the bucket tool, it will only let me use the color that I've highlighted the whole drawing with. It won't use the colors that I want to use that I can choose on the left of the screen
Hello Every time I try to color with a different layer like color the color would be black but when I try with layer 1/sketch it would show the color [Please reply]
Well it could possibly be Ctrl+Ins or Ins only as well for some people, but if both of those don't work you can just turn off the visibility of the lineart layer by clicking on the circle and then using the bucket tool to fill in the colour, then turning visibility on again. Should work fine too 👌 I hope this helps ✨
Hello, I explained this in my FAQ and first video on the matter. Please check ua-cam.com/video/RbWxBFN8E8U/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/linlvcPp7z4/v-deo.html like mentioned in the beginning of the video 🖤
Usually we do sketching to roughly get proportions right, but some people can go straight to line art if they're confident enough with their concept, so sketching is definitely not a MUST by any means :)
*sqeeeeeeeee* Thank you Chibi, it's lovely! 🥺💖
I missed bringing Connor along to the sus ship.

I’m trying to use pencil for my line art for a crayon kinda look, but using fills make my lines yucky. Could I have some tips please?
You can either try to:
Change the expand fill to 2 pixels
OR
Try using the border technique.
1. Draw around your lineart parameter on a separate layer
2. Set the bucket fill to Active Layer instead of Canvas
3. Fill the colour~!

@@TheChibChibi Thank you!!!!!
Excuse me I have a question when you the bucket tool, will it cover the whole canvas?
After following these steps, when I go to use the bucket tool, it will only let me use the color that I've highlighted the whole drawing with. It won't use the colors that I want to use that I can choose on the left of the screen
Thank you lots for this
What is function insert? Is that a set of keys? A tool?
Cool tutorial, but how do I get good enough at mouse drawing to make an actual sketch...?

when i do insert for the first color process it just fills black I have no clue what to do
help me please
The Fn + insert method doesn't work for me, am I pressing the wrong keys?
please answer, thx

How can I fix the brush pixelation?
Usually drawing on a bigger canvas helps with that. I recommend drawing on a 2000x2000 pixel canvas at least. I hope this helps ^-^
how do you draw a bodddddy
what the hell is the "fn" and "ins" key?
