    Dug into your past videos - only had a short time for the workout today. This was so fun. I didn't realize until I got up that I was not supposed to have the weight on me for the bridges so those ended up being the hardest.
    Thanks for all you do to put these videos out - I really appreciate it

    Best workout videos. Peto’s exercises are challenging, very effective yet doable. I love Peto’s workout 🎉

    Oh leg splits defo the hardest. Enjoyed the calf raises. Advent challenge day 21, done.

    Cheers for posting Tom, great all round leg workout. Used my 15kg dumbells and felt it in my quads for sure. Split squat hardest for me, need to work on my flexibility!

      I think a lot of people will have to do split squats bodyweight only. Well done for finishing with 15’s

    Another great one Tom, thank you. HR well and truly up. For me, section 1 was harder for keeping up and got me out of breath. Round 2 got the burn going.

    OMG! 20 minutes, I can do that no prob! BIG PROB! It was all challenging! I needed that. I find the db squats and glute bridges the hardest. Thx!

      Yes split squats def burned most for me also. I think a lot of people will have to do them Bodyweight. Laterals challenging for flexibility. Keep it up & let me know how you get on with my other follow alongs.

    Thanks for another great workout, the static lunges always kills me, and it doesn't help that my balance is so poor too
    But I managed most of the reps and kept the same weights the whole way through, so I'm happy :)

      Well done, sometimes poor hip mobility looks like bad balance but is actually just inflexibility. Keep it up 💪🏼

    I ❤ how I got my heart rate up and broke a sweat on this video. This may sound weird, but I like the tingle in my hamstrings when I do RDL'S
