I haven't ordered from them yet but I really have been wanting to! I love that they have a bottle recycling program! It makes me way more likely to order samples from them than from other shops!
I also love their bottle recycling program. The tiny ink bottles are adorable, and yes, the free shipping to Canada for orders over $90 is also motivation for me to shop with them!
Recently bought a rose gold (metal) Frixion pen from them. Very fast and professional. I was genuinely surprised which is very sad and telling of what a lot of companies today think about the value of our money.
I have found that my experiences from stationery companies (like Goulet, PenChalet and CultPens) have all been very good. But I agree - some companies do give others in the industry a bad name!
I"m so glad you found Yoseka! I've made a number of purchases, and I love the personalized notes - she even noted that the ink I picked was one of her favorites. How did you purchase the samples? I can't seem to find that line.

I have that same TWSBI in EF nib. I can't write with TWSBIs posted. They end up being way too heavy for me.
I agree - TWSBI's are too heavy and too long to post for me.

My Yoseka samples have always been 5ml. Love these new ones! I'm still toying about white r/g or smoke.
I think you can choose either 3 or 5ml. I chose 3ml for now but think will get 5ml in the future!!

I have two Twsbi in rose gold (mini) they write very smooooth.
