I love that back deck too! The only thing I would have done differently as the builder would have been to add an outdoor fireplace up there. I think the price range justifies one. What do you think, good the way it is or should they have done a little more? Thanks for sharing your thoughts Jay, I appreciate it!
I love this house. From the brick exterior to the floors to the space use, just excellently done. I would swap all casement rollout windows for double hung tilt inwards to clean type though. Those rollout handles are a pain to use and the window doesn't open enough usually get the right amount of airflow. Plus, I couldn't see if they're screen in or not.
Quick heads up, you'll be seeing a re-shoot of this house on the channel. I appreciate that you watch my old tours too. I'm going to be shooting it in a new style. I would LOVE your feedback on the tour style. I will still be narrating, but it won't be almost exclusively from behind the camera in 1st person view.
I've seen this home and didn't like it was in a HOA, unfinished basement, building materials (got to see what was used during build when seeing basement and attic), no elevator because I have family that need it, narrow stairs, no second or third bedroom on the main level, and its not a one story... I do make compromises but when spending that type of money you really have to have what you want in order to be appeased with the purchase.... Other than that its a wonderful home for someone that is not me.... in other words... have family and extended family living under the same roof....LOL
Understood! Have you seen the villas around the corner from this house? One is entirely one-level living, and the other has a suite a second story suite, but 80% of the rest of the house, including the primary suite, is one level living. Beautiful home Terrence. My favorite part of this home is the covered deck.

@@TerenceRichardsonTours Yes that would have been great and also wall space for a T.V..
Love the tile in the master shower! ❤
Because it's not vertical? ;)
Beautiful home!
Glad you watched the regular tour! This was an early one several months ago!
I'm late watching this, but this house is absolutely stunning.
I loved touring it! What's your favorite feature?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours everything. The entire house is stunning.

I don't love the exterior colors of the house, but I do love the floor plan!
