GORGEOUS and COZY HOUSE EXTERIOR!!! Love lantern on porch! Liked French doors, beautiful windows, nice Great room and kitchen. Would change cabinets to the color black in kitchen and living room, adding darker wood flooring. ☺ BEAUTIFUL Primary bathroom. Nice patio! Great tour, Marcus!
Don't know what it is but this house feels very warm and cozy. The one thing I don't like is the double sink, I mean just give a completely clean island.
Nice curve appeal. Love the long driveway and full length porch. Love the reversed stairway!! Wow, nice premier room with high vaulted ceiling and French doors. Lots of windows!! ‘Cozy’ is right!!❤. Love the master BdR w access door to patio. I have to admit the master BdR looks more like a spare room 🤔!! Nice master bathroom w beautiful chandelier!! How standard are heated floors in bathrooms of homes you tour? Overall nice home. Great tour. Thanks for sharing. Take care!!
It would be really helpful if you put the floor plan right at the start of the video that way as you walk through the rooms we have a much better sense of where we are in the home . Great tour Thankyou. I love this home. One thing I will mention…. There is hardly any space for hanging dresses in the primary walk-in robe……
Such a pretty home. I'd say warm and welcoming, but not cozy and intimate. Open concept - The kitchen, dining room, and living room are one room - the opposite of cozy and intimate. Vaulted ceilings where the folks on the second floor can look down on you and eavesdrop are grand not cozy or intimate. I'm usually not a fan of vaulted ceilings but their treatment of the ceiling is hands down gorgeous! I love the beams and the upper windows. I wouldn't turn it down! Finishes are gorgeous. I gagged at the main staircase. Would rather see the stairs come down in a single path. Opening the door to a front half wall staircase felt very 80s, but overall loved this home.
I don't like seeing the back of the stairs as you come into the foyer. I also don't like it when there is only shelves on one side of the fireplace. I am a stickler for symmetry. This would drive me crazy. The bedrooms are nice and I love the primary bedroom and bathroom as well as the master closet.
Why in all these tour one can see inside the hous from the front door. I find that fact scary and these houses have sooo much glass one can easily see through from outside
This house has nice finishes but its like living in a fish bowl. The front door is pure glass and gives no privacy...natural light is great but privacy is better. I don't want others to see me walking around my house from outside
Square footage and number of rooms is awesome. Dull staging and paint choices. Way too modern. A lot of money for trendy design. Zero personality. So much “shiny” stuff (Wolf appliances, quartz and marble counter tops, no wire shelving, shower benches) it makes me wonder if the bones are any good. A lot of upgrades but they mean nothing if corners aren’t plumb, sheetrock is thin, nails where screws were needed, woodwork inside the walls is sub par. . . Not practical for cleaning- textured tile, hard to reach ceilings, light wood, under mount sinks with rectangular angles, marble In high traffic areas. No formal dining, which totally doesn’t go with the price point. He keeps using the word character, but I didn’t see any character. Pass.

En suite in every bedroom. Music to my ears!

Beautiful home so much my style 😊
Very much agreed Manuela 🙏🏼 Thank you for stopping by the channel!
Beautiful home, with a lot of storage. I think more builders should take storage into consideration.
Great feedback Isolina! More storage is certainly a plus! 👍🏼

For a $3M house, the front entrance is underwhelming and the lack of a formal dining room is not ideal. However A+ on the finish selections.

❤❤❤ sending me right into christmas feeling 😂
Very nice
This is looking like a 1.5- 2 million dollars home

I wonder where they get this furniture?
I wish u would name some of the finish selections
Great feedback!
Tennessee has become California with these prices. I mean, it's Tennessee.
Turn around and show us the front door. Beige, beige beige. Dull, dull, dull.
Elegant 👌🏼
Exactly!!!

Looks cheap for 3 mil.

Lol never thought about it being a fishbowl 😅

Now that’s insane. You’re telling me you didn’t like a single thing in here besides square footage and # of bedrooms. That’s odd
Large and expensive wooden boxes, that's why vulnerable in tornados.
