We've had a separate tub and shower in our master for 18 years. Haven't used the tub in probably 10 years. Hoping to build another house in the next year or so. Definitely going or be a large walk in shower with a bench and multiple shower heads and NO tub to take up space. Just my preference. 😊
I would change the mirror in the walk in ensuite. I put a chest of draws or a tallboy there to increase the draw space and I’d place the mirror on the end of that. I would go further and have glass accordion doors separating the lounge room and kitchen.
I like the courtyard garage entry. The screen porch is a must for me! I would need a basement. An Airbath in the Master would be a must too! The speakeasy would be my hobby room.
Sure..!! Yup..!! Looks great in many ways!! Loved the screened porch..!! Farm sink in the kitchen..!! All them many showers…. The master bedroom is a bit close to the main entrance; hmm 🤔..! The back yard indeed sooo huge a beautiful fire pit area is a must..!! (for how much$?). Sure would be awesome to have a house like that in the Alpes of Switzerland..!! 😃😊🤗
I would ask for some changes i.e. the dining area to delete the windows that face the patio so can put my wall hutch there. Anda nicer traditional style fireplace with either stacked stone face or natural brick and mantel and hearth. Also a pet bath too.

Noise carries up from the lower level to up stairs in this type home, small garage most new pickup will not fit in it . nice secret home could have used shower ! and maybe and elevator for elderly aged parents
The day is about 1230. The weather is about 57° and it is clear now knowing the weather in the time you can see how the sun comes into the home the day is November 16 2024 my daughter’s Birthday. You can see some clouds in the sky when you went through the bedroom.
Its a cool house nothing spectacular but cool... But in the primary bth room, it needs. a wall shower head as well no everyone wants to wash their hair every single time nor have to use that wand either..
From the start I don’t like the kerb appeal, garage doors next to entrance, which is sideways 👎 The kitchen was standard, no butlers, pantry in bad spot and poor use of space. Laundry awful, this is not the whole package dream home for me 😂, as you might have gathered.
If I'm spending $1M+ on a home, there's gonna be a tub in my bathroom!

The full bath for the office is waste of money, should have been a half bath.
I think they did that, because the office can be used as a bedroom.
