I love how if you jump near those bugbear, they wake up and you get a cut scene of them being like "dude wtf? I'm napping!!" Meanwhile, Shadowheart screaming at the top of her lungs and they don't even roll over lmao
I dont know if it goes against the rules for your run but if you Disguise Self into halfling/gnome you can avoid the goblin ability Revenge of the Small, save you the extra dmg on their first hit. Cool run so far. Looking forward to the next episode :)
Oh I don't mind using disguise self it's just that I'm not too fond of the halfling/gnome looks. But agree, it does save you headache and possibly a run!
Yeaaaah, would be nice if he (?) could actually move upstairs somehow. I do plan on using weapons, most likely daggers. Just because I think it's cool :)
If dual wielding daggers here, I'd like to suggest using Worgfang & Ritual Dagger. Both of these can be found there in the goblin camp. Also, have you ever tried poisoning the goblin's drink before wiping them out? Just some fun/interesting things to try here. Kudos on the clear here.
Picking up the Worgfang dagger next video! Regarding ritual dagger I have seen it but never picked it up. Will keep that in mind for the future! I have tried poisoning but was a bit worried about ending up on the ground when the fight started, although maybe it would be a lot easier due to the poison 🤔.
@@FriendlyLich Just grab the dagger off the table after you get Loviatar's blessing from Abdirak. Easy, but crouch first to get the 5-finger discount. Also, you can run away after poisoning as long as you're sneaky about it. If one pulls you into a convo, be ready to roll some dialogue choices. But any who survive will be damaged by the poisoning in any case.
Can you try a solo run with the Death March mod? Unfortunately the mod creator stopped working on it but they have made changes until act 2, but not the whole of act 2. It will be funny to see you squirm in the Shadow Cursed lands.
Bonk!!
You spilled so much blood that Shadowheart looked like a redhead by the end of it.
😂😊
Hell yeah. Wanted to see an elite shadow monk run for a while. GL!
Hopefully I’ll bring her to the end, thanks!
Up at the Bugbears... Miss, miss, critical miss, miss, miss... Very in-character there, Shart. Haha!!!
Level 4 courtyard clear, yes ma'am!
That's how I... roll 😅
LMAO. The amount of misses on the Bugbear. I was wheezing.
I was quite weirded out by amount of misses 😅
It wouldn't be a nervous lich video without at least 3-4 crit misses in a row😂

Very very selective hearing 🤣
The misses at 0:43 are classic Jenevelle
More misses to come! 😅
@ oh nooo… 🥲

I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THIS.

Goblins can shoot through walls, players can't
It’s a pretty cool super power
10:01 i always feel so fucking sick when this happens
Yeah! Super fun to sling arrows back from where they came
That guard gurgon sure was effective. Also, do you plan to switch to full unarmed for the monk vibes or you sticking with the dual blades?

Shadowheart seems really to be hard coded to miss. It's becoming a meme at this point ...
Yeaaaaah. Although I think it’s mostly me :/
Shit that was a close call 😱
More close calls to come 😅
@ haha yeah! Thats the fun part of non meta builds 😀
Its also more fun to watch
let’s go shadowmonk! ^_^
Hell yea \o/
very impressive
Thank you kindly! 🙏
Remember if you have Karmic Die active, it could be the reason for all those Nat 1...
That is turned off, it is just me having the worst luck with dice (like usual)

Do you mind if i ask why dual-wielding daggers on a shadow monk? Just a thematic thing or is there some mechanic behind it
I think it looks cool :)
Not sure what it is but no matter what build shadowheart has unless its AOE you literally feel cursed rolling misses and nat ones 😭
Hah yeah I agree. I usually have bad luck but it’s been quite extreme so far. At least I have not rolled 3 nat 1’s in a row this run (yet)! 😅
