As a kid i knew what the rate was, but man i had no idea what he was doing. I would just like to see a play through with a ridiculous rate too.

I love this game!!! I always play it with a friction of 16-17. I have never seen another game like this, with weird tables.

No Friction means that the pool table has NO friction. It makes the game harder.
It's an in-game setting you can set. So it's not a cheat, just a different way to play.
