Love the edit, it's like a sit com 😂 Julia's love of cranberry mixed with her fear of breaking Steve's food processor made my day ! So cool, in store customers got to try the new candy
I love how laid back everyone is- it's not like most of my jobs in food service where its 'rush, rush, rush!! Go go go!' I actually would love to work here!
I put in a special order before fall for Apple pie hard candies and egg nog hard candies. 20 bags and they are being devoured. I will probably wish I ordered more but it only comes around once a year.
Ok, I know this video is about bark, but can I just say how flippin’ amazing “Terri’s Terrific Tart Treats” are?! I’m glad I splurged for the big box! All the flavors are great but my favorites are blackberry, peach and lemon/lime, and I can’t wait for when you add in the green apple! Perfect creation!
@@HerculesCandy Well that's the perk of a sample pack, you make a notation that it'll be random flavours in the sample pack (whatever flavours are available at the moment) and like "there will be 5 flavours in the sample pack, which 5 flavours depends on what is currently available at random"
Thank you again for wearing an SU hat. I live a long way from my Alma mater, so I always smile when I see one of you guys wear some Syracuse University gear.
5:08 white chocolate and cranberries go so well together. White chocolate/cranberry/raspberry is one of my favorite combinations I ever tried seconded only by white chocolate/dried coconut/dried apricot. I think white chocolate is especially great for fruits that are more on the sour side in flavor profile.
Love cranberries. This looks so yummy 😋. Also , great job, Karen, for wheeling a sunny Terry out of view! 10:31 😂😂😂 You all need to start planning surprises way better when it comes down to Julia. 😂 Very observend young lady. 😁😁
I checked out your website for items to order. I will definitely be working on getting some items!!!! I "Just" gotta budget em on it my funds. And I read up on a lot of your own comments of what to expect when items ship, or how they look upon delivery. If or when I order, I won't give a hoot on what big or little bits they may turn out to be, I just want to devor & enjoy the louiousness it's gonna be!!! Julia I love watching you do your job!! You make it look so wonderful to be working their!!!!
Those look delicious, I love dried cranberries in sweets, and savory food, they go with everything! I just finished watching another video of yours with the toasted coconut and at first, I thought it was the crunchy middle stuff in a Butterfinger instead of toasted coconut. If you guys haven't tried that yet, you should make some kind of chocolate ball rolled in whatever is in the middle of Butterfingers candy bars! I love Butterfingers, but sometimes it's hard to chew the middle, but crushed up may make a big difference!
I am so glad to see your small company doing great :) love your videos and employees thank you for the entertainment. I have a question? When you are making hard candy on the big metal cooling table, how much metal goes into the candy? I mean it is metal on metal and I see tons of scratches on the table and tools, so it has to go somewhere, right? just curious thanks again
You know what’s amazing?! I went to school in Abilene TX. They had a candy site there that did white chocolate covered fresh cranberries. It was AMAZING. Edit: OH NO! You mentioned white chocolate. Yes! It’s amazing. Do that. SO much better than milk with those tart cranberries. Promise. I’m sure milk is good, but WHITE is SOOOOOOOO good with cranberries.
What about a mix of milk chocolate and white chocolate? That could be so pretty & yummy. Would you guys ever consider making some version of the viral Dubai Chocolate bars? I bet you would knock it out of the park!
I hope to see things like this in vegan chocolate sometime! Maybe oat milk chocolate will go down in price enough that you guys could make things with it without them costing a bunch extra. lol
Question: After smashing, wouldn't it be easier to pour the candy through a sifter/collander, so the biggest pieces stay up and you dont have to manually pick through? Plus, more consistent size, or maybe the camera just makes everything look larger haha
it's always crazy to me how many people don't like cranberry, it's one of my favorite berries for sure. cranberry juice is definitely my favorite overall juice
I suspect the problem behind the cranberry being so hard when it finally cooled had something to do with it having too high of a sugar content. Perhaps adding a little water to the mix to thin it down during the heating process.
Yum! I wonder if it’s possible to remake the original SevenUp Bar my dad talks about it all the time and how it was his favorite candy bar as a kid. It would be a fabulous surprise if you could recreate it.
God, the things I would do to be able to work at a place like this. You all are so friendly, and I have a serious curiosity in the whole manufacturing proses of all these sweets (not to mention a serious sweet tooth lol) I used to work in an ice cream/candy shop, so I have a little idea of what goes on, but still. I’d love to work at a place like this 🥺🥺🥺🥺
That crunch when cutting the bark was so satisfying
Yes it was!
Love the edit, it's like a sit com 😂 Julia's love of cranberry mixed with her fear of breaking Steve's food processor made my day ! So cool, in store customers got to try the new candy
Haha it kinda is 😂
“ Is that you that smells like a candle?” 😂 how can you even answer that??? lol
I need a road trip to that place! Chocolate heaven 🤤
I love how laid back everyone is- it's not like most of my jobs in food service where its 'rush, rush, rush!! Go go go!' I actually would love to work here!
I currently have 20 bags of the cranberry hard candy. Yes, I said 20. And every single piece will get eaten. ❤ Thanks Julia.
I wish I was your friend!
I have a feeling you and Julia would be great friends
@@HerculesCandy I think we would indeed.
I put in a special order before fall for Apple pie hard candies and egg nog hard candies. 20 bags and they are being devoured. I will probably wish I ordered more but it only comes around once a year.
I make a white chocolate cranberry pistachio bark every year at Christmas
Can we come over for Christmas? 🥹

Omg yay!!! I agree they are sooooo good!
I'm so glad you liked them so much!
Omg I would love to buy a sample pack of all the barks and filled ribbon candy that would be amazing. 😊
That sounds awesome! But the main reason that we don't offer that is because we never consistently have everything in stock

I also love white chocolate raspberry. But anything flavored this way always sells out so quick.
I would definitely love this in white chocolate!!!!

Haha nothing gets by Julia!
The only suggestion i'd make if you want to keep doing stuff like that;
get sifters that way you can sort out the big bits with way more efficiency.
I was thinking that same thing.
That's what I was going to suggest
This would be a great Christmas addition!
Don't watch much anymore, but I love it when I do!
Thanks!
What a fantastic idea! I bet it tastes amazing. You all make candy FUN.
The thumbnail looks like it could pass for brains in a Halloween themed candy display
Haha I was thinking a heart actually!
You should do half in white chocolate and half in milk chocolate and have a contest to see which one sells the fastest and let everyone know
I like that idea!
I came here to see if someone had said that! I think it's a great idea.
I love watching these videos, What a beautiful way to start the day! A piece of that bark would be nice right now!
Ohhhh yum! I just ordered the cranberry hard candy... can't wait til the weather cools off here in AZ so I can order some of your chocolate goodies!
my mouth is watering!!! I want some to go with thanksgiving dinner!!
I checked out your website for items to order.

@13:33 Haha, those funny eyes always make me laugh. 💗💗💗
Love meeting new coworkers! Girl, at the end is a star!!! Love her!!
Julia is a GEM 💎
🕯🕯🕯 toast to Craig! 🤣😆 Thanks for a another fun video!!
I always see the ginger guy when its time to eat & he does it hilariously 😂😂
i love this channel !! i call it my positive social media 😂❤
I would totally buy this if it was made with dark chocolate since I’m gluten-free. Sounds delicious!
Dark chocolate would give all that cranberry to much bite - Milk Chocolate is the best way to go! I love Hercules creations regardless!

It would be so pretty for Christmas with the cranberry candies and mint candies in white chocolate.
Another candy I must try! The list is quite long 😂
I wish for Julia to always have a cold pillow 🙏🏻
I want a white chocolate version please.
It would be nice to have a mixed box that has white, milk, dark.
That could be a possibility 🤔
Several people said this seemed like a great flavor for Christmas and that sounds like an amazing gift for a chocolate or cranberry enthusiast.
OH YES! Please, may we have it? Please please please please please!! We'll be good... 😁
Julia playing candy crush at work …
😂
The limits to originally in retail products, when you print your packaging in store, have yet to be reached.
please please please make a big batch of this for christmas time
A raisin is from a grape and a dried cranberry is from a cranberry 😅
Another winner!! 😋
Now that’s hard candy
The cranberry bark looks like Maxs cake on Max and Ruby
You guy's so deserve 1m subscribers and alot more 😊
For a split second I thought the candy in the thumbnail looked like hot Cheetos 🤣
😂
Yum. And Craig smells like a candle. ❤😂
Somebody watched all the way until the end of the video!
You MUST make a short of your mom's reactions in the beginning. They kill me!!
"what a surprise, we got her!"
Remember folks...don't forget to bag your candy hammer before smashing up the hard candy :)
Not that you need it but a little tip. Open the bag a little so when you pour out what you crushed the big stuff stays inside the bag.
What a fun video❤❤❤
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!
It would look pretty with half pink and half white swirled
That could be awesome for Valentine's Day.
One of my favorite combinations is Cranberry and Bacon. I’d love to see you take a big bag of Bacon Bits and put it in the Cranberry Bark. Yummy!
I see people crush things inside plastic bags all the time in cooking/baking videos and all I can ever think about is microplastics :o
This did the opposite for me as the other videos, it gave me anxiety 😆 The hard candy is very relaxing.
Which came first? The flavor idea, or the bucket ‘o clumps?

This would've been cool in ruby chocolate 😋

You should try making Black Forest gateaux flavour with cherry ❤❤❤
Now This is local candy.. SCAP HEEP BAR Smaashhh
What about a mix of milk chocolate and white chocolate? That could be so pretty & yummy. Would you guys ever consider making some version of the viral Dubai Chocolate bars? I bet you would knock it out of the park!
this would be really good with white chocolate i think
Can you do a variation of that bark with marshmallow combined inside to make it chewy?
I think this would be amazing with white chocolate.

Yay for Cranberry 🥰
This would be good with nuts added. Kinda like Cadbury fruit and nut. 💜💜
Bark chocolate bars? Crushed hard candy or chips in the the bar mold. You could do ruby chocolate with these then.
Cranberry bark bars?

What if, next time (being presumptuous here) it's dark chocolate, cranberry candy, cranberries, and almonds?! Vegan maybe, even? ❤
Oh! Or white chocolate and pistachios! 😮
Wow! They are superstars!!!
The art of chocolate and cranberries.
Please do more live videos on UA-cam ! Miss you guys! Thanks!
I think they don't for a while, because they get too busy with orders.
Oooo - dark chocolate would have been my choice!
White chocolate would be pretty at Christmas!
I am a fan of milk chocolate; however, I think with the flavor of cranberries that white chocolate would blend better.
I enjoy this channel so much! You are a sweet heart Mrs. Terry! Sorry if that is not the wife's name.💜
I'd think white chocolate for Christmas.
Have you guys ever tried a marble effect fir the chocolate??
I'm all for adding some smashed up pretzels to it, like the big chunks of Snyders Nibblers...
Costco sells a huge bag of ocean spray cranberries for $9.99
That was so satisfying. LOL ❤😊😂
You should watch Rocks and Roll candy company!👍🤩
The black addition is raspberry?
Do the dark chocolate for sure!
I'll bet some sort of classifier would greatly help with separating the big from small crumbs.
Why not "Berry Cran Bark"
Looks SO delicious
I love Julia's giggles, she's really cute too . ❤ just sayin' ? 😊

this would look so bomb with white chocolate
That looks yummy
Oh it bet it tastes better if you add cranberry flavor to the chocolate itself it be triple cranberry mmm 😋
Hey at Chrismas time you could use white chocolate and put in a touch of green coloring.
Very cool!
How about? milk chocolate, pecan sandies, toasted pecans and caramel Bark?
Todd would be good with white chocolate.
