    This is gold! "Ease of register!" Thats the quote to keep in mind. Singing doesn't have to be so physically difficult! I love this feeling! Oh, and BTW, I love that gesture after the song example!!

    I know I’ve said this before, but I can’t even begin to tell you how much your lessons have helped.
    I love the idea of the little tips and tricks that you employ to get your voice to not performed better but, better than we thought.
    Anytime, I’m having difficulty placing tone or where to sing from, I just use these warm-ups and the ‘4 Laws’
    Thanks again, Tyler!

    Love the videos Tyler. I’d love to hear your thoughts about dynamic control while building the mix register. This is something I have struggled with. So much easier to increase the volume (and pressure) to find that ring in the mix. I love to hear singers with a wide dynamic range (volume) that shows off almost the effortlessness of their technique.

    Please tell ,the words of the song also can not change when singing in mix. But in chest voice we can sing any words. Is it true?

  • @iAmTheTrueSpaceman
    @iAmTheTrueSpaceman Рік тому +1

    "I just want to..." sounds like chest, but "taaake" sounds like head with compression. Is there no way to keep it sounding like the first phrase all the way?

    • @tylerwysong
      @tylerwysong  Рік тому +2

      I think take sounds great. Doesn’t sound like head voice to me. I hear the blend of head timbre but sounds like a nice strong mix voice.

    best decision of my life subscribing to you!!! I feel the high and ringy when I’m well above the passagio but that C4-B4 area is sooo hard to not let it drop in the mouth. How do we take this feeling lower ?

    Quick question, does Vertical Voice Academy contain the Mix Voice Masterclass within it? or is Mix Voice Masterclass its own standalone thing?

    • @tylerwysong
      @tylerwysong  Рік тому +1

      Mix Voice Masterclass is a standalone program. And Vertical Voice Academy is also a standalone program. both are really great courses. Vertical Voice Academy is a systematic approach to a balanced technique in general whereas Mix Voice Masterclass primary goal is to develop the mix voice.

    I was able to find the most resonant spot by pulling my tongue back and could mix up to high notes but I lost it now. Can't seem to do it again... Any tips?

    Hi Tyler, I have used your mix voice warm up and mix voice for some time now - I have found that I must almost abandon chest voice, go to a light coordination and the compress/constrict somewhere above vocal cords, to be able to sing freely (and in what I think is true mix) - does this sound like the right way to go about it? Cheers

    • @tylerwysong
      @tylerwysong  Рік тому

      Ah! That is tricky to answer without hearing exactly what you’re doing. I would say this sounds like it could be true though! If it feels comfortable l, sustainable, and repeatable, and you’re getting the sound you’re looking for then I would say keep heading in this direction.

    • @Guitand1178
      @Guitand1178 Рік тому

      @@tylerwysong thanks for your answer, it is repeatable and feels good, and the “compression” thing makes it feel/sound like “full/chest” voice, though not totally consistent from day to day yet:-)
