Love it. Any variation of snooker is fun. You cant beat the original though..
Contrary to commentators' opinion (9:10), potting the powerball late is actually a good decision in this format. The point per ball when clearing the colors is 27/6=4.5, i.e. higher than the score per ball when only potting reds and blacks (8/2=4). Plus the score in this format is not segmented into frames but accumulates scores across them.
I guess that depends upon how late you mean. There's no point leaving it until the last red, because you lose any unused time, and it doesn't take these guys 2 minutes to clear the colours.

Don't know if he was cocky or just enjoying the moment. Out on the big stage with the TV cameras playing the greatest player ever in a fun far less serious format. He'd probably would of had a much more sombre attitude had it been a normal match in a regular tournament

Thanks for posting this one! It’s a treat to see a young Luca in action and I always enjoy Ronnie. But, like another fast paced variant of Snooker, this one isn’t for me. The rushing and count downs lessen the importance of skill and emphasizes timing and, frankly, luck. The noisiness of the crowd is not to my liking. I said it about the other variant but, this feels Americanized. I don’t mean that as a compliment. (And, I am proudly American, so simmer down over there in the comments section!)

I see O'Sullivan plays quite different (tight/cut throat) when playing the pro's. Must be sympathy that wasn't shown to him when he was young.
Adding on from Gary's quote; this is what I hate about the world champion. The man "didn't" practice, just partied all night and then just won it? What does it say for those who actually put in the work....
This mean you have work too hard.
It says he's that good. One of those that have that brain-body special connection to the activity their performing at. But on another note, one can also see the indications that Brecel is a guy with low patience and starts shooting at balls like the game is worthless. Something he did this last championship, though he won.
I love watching Michaela walk around the tennis court.
Please don't call him young Ronnie! He's too confident and brazen sometimes that might be good for the game but he has to prove he's a true champion as many times as Ronnie has titles! He can't even be compared to him!😊
