Have you ever thought how big a rocket league arena is? If you think about it, the cars run at supersonic speed. (768mph!!) it would take a few seconds for car to go from one side to the other. The Arena would have to be huge.

At 9:09, I am the creator of that clip. It is not possible to demo people without touching them. Not only was this bug fixed in v1.38, the update that was released on October 11th, but even while the bug did occur, you still had to actually physically make contact with them. The issue was being able to bump people by sideswiping them, when that previously it did not. I urge you to actually do better digging before creating videos that may spread misinformation.
I remember picking up the game and playing a bot match. The ball gets hit to me and I turn around to see a bot humping the wall. I knew from that point on, that this is a good game.

The physics didn't change after the game was released, people just learned how to turn off camera shake. What you are noticing is the camera shake.
