We bought one of the first 1165’s. we are a commercial firewood business, we use it for kindling and with the bundles . It’s nice to be inside working on a rainy or snowy day. It’s a great splitter, we liked so much we purchased another one a couple months ago. I like the looks of that big wheel kit and the tow bar, the extra hight would be nice. When it’s time to get another one I will get that kit. Thank for your great service ,,
It is awesome to hear that you are happy with your purchase! The extra height is great, we are looking forward to hearing from you. You are very welcome!
@@SplitFireSalesInc how is the electric 2265 doing ? Are a lot of people buying them? That would be a great splitter for doing your own winters wood every year. Not dealing with another gas engine,,,lower maintenance. I like it!
@@Ridgewood460 We sell the odd electric 2265. The electric option is nowhere near as popular on the 2265 as it is on the 1165. Today, half of the 1165 orders are spec'd with an electric motor.
I enjoyed your overview, but wish to point out, early on you stressed safety, and you wore no eye protection or gloves to keep from getting splinters. I always do both. Certainly it is quiet enough you need no hearing protection. I like your tip, concerning one person operation!
AWESOME !
certainly beats the heck out of a Splitting Maul like I used for years...
Absolutely! Thats a lot of work!

You're right! We lacked some safety gear in this video, we'll need to remind our fearless leader that he's here to practice what we preach too!
