It has also changed the way people behave in a streetfight back in the day a fight was over when someone gave up of fell the ground clearly beaten. @@xavis_dad I suggest you look up the immense benefits of water fasting if you haven't already. It sounds like you're ready to make some significant changes in lifestyle. I've gone up to 5 days without eating. I gave up smoking 2 years ago and gave up drinking recently. Gave up on a lot of carbs too, focusing on meat and veggies. It's not just about physical health. Attaining my goals also works magic on my self dignity. I wish you good luck and thanks for sharing.

I've seen Bob Sapp in person. It was around 2009-2010. He was in Sofia, Bulgaria shooting a movie. Me and my cousin together with two chicks were going to the movies. It was rather late at the evening, the cinema saloon was almost empty. Several rows in front of us were this giant man with a white girl accompanying him. He was enormous, as if he was sitting at two seats simultaneously. At that time I was a MMA fan, I have watched Bob Sapp. At first I could not tell it was him looking at his back, as what the hell an American fighter would do in a Bulgarian cinema any given day? But when the movie ended and the lights went on, we walked together out of the hall and it was him, Bob Sapp. He was very friendly as far as I remember, we congratulated him and he returned the gesture with a smile. No autographs or such, I respect one's private life, but I'm sure he would've done it if we'd asked. Such a strange circumstances... Remember me to tell the story how I met Fedor Emelianenko in St. Petersburg in November 2008, just before his first loss in combat sports in more than 10 years. Or how my cousing (the same one who was with me in the cinema) actually trained with Gilbert Yvel. It is enormous world we live in, but in the same time a very small one. :)
