Fireblade 954rr (ticking-tapping-hissing) what,s your views???

Bike has started giving me this sound and felt a little under powered so i decided to start investigating the noise - At first i thought it could be the HTEC exhaust valve making the racket but it seems higher up to me. possible air leak? The bike is a 1 owner from new and was used for touring on, I got it a few months ago with 39,500 miles on the clock.

if the case its leaking probably you catch the 954 with the engine problem,some 954 of the 2003 have this problem

I have just finished stripping the bike down and found a cracked exhaust valve in cylinder 3
