As a 63 year old Man, I have given up thinking of dating. This idea that each woman decides what is right or wrong is maddening. There are no limits set, no rules, nothing that a Man can know what is right or wrong. When a man can be wrote up at work commenting how nice a woman looks, we are lost. What I do find absurd is how many women pine for a 50 shades of grey guy, but then when some guy is not rich and good looking, then its harassment.
No-one ever mentions the other side of the coin woman assaulting boy's and men
As a woman, I think this movement created some good, but also some bad. Witch hunt is as dangerous as the absence of protection against harassment.
Best solution , do not work with ladies. If you have no choise, make smart use of the rules and possiblies. There is always ann solution. For example make it very hard for woman to work for you. But such an way there is no proof.
Finally Some truth coming out
Hands on the knee and repeating it could and should be called out as harassment. But what about the first move? How are men able to know is it OK to put their hands on the knee? Or maybe they should never put their hands on someone's knee unless asked or permitted? But even that could be revoked later.
Some doctors have already been worried about palpation could lead to being interpret as harassment and are trying to formalize some kind of consent documentation for patients to sign before any exam. This got to have a boundary or some sort.

I got in a taxi I took passenger seat my friends are in the back they got out first I sat in passenger side he was touching my leg every time he changed years I turned my back on him and he got angry shouting grabbed my arm which me quite insecure he was moving hand up and down my leg I told him to drop me here he said I can't drop you I have to drop you somewhere my friend lives there I have him the number he lifted the back of my skirt I slapped his hand crying I called my friend to open the door and I collapsed on the floor crying the driver drove past saving and smiling at me
