We stayed at a AirBnB of a Japanese family, who had installed an electric bidet. Fortunately it warmed the water but really not very much. Like you say, I'll never go back now that I've used one. So now I'm searching for one that's affordable, and was looking for reviews like yours. Thanks for taking the time. I've seen the comments on the non-electric and cold water. I'm willing to give it a try since it's not very expensive. I can always invest in a warm electric one when our finances allow it. But I was concerned about it being cold. I guess refreshing in summer! haha
Thanks for the feedback! Let me know how you like it! 👍
Cold water is better than no water and once you actually use water every day you will get used to it and enjoy the clean
Just installed mine today. It's definitely a new definition of clean for me lol
Great!
Can this work on gravity fed system, or does it needs mains pressure.?
Awesome video
Thanks for the feedback! 👍
u should help keep it clean to! great vid!
Great vid!
You've peaked my interest, how would I go about making both go at once? 🤔 Haha
😆
Why’s the water level so high in your toilet bowl?
Dude you really won a follower
Thanks! 👍🙌
Thank you! Thank you!
You’re welcome!
You did not say where the black washer that came should be installed.
just saw this pop up on Amazon, how is it holding up? Gained a subscriber with your review!
It’s still working like a champ! Thanks!
Muito obrigado.
de nada! obrigado por comentar.
Does it sit flat on the bowl? I’m a bigger guy and concerned about the toilet seat moving and breaking?
It sits flat on the bowl. I do t think you’d have any trouble with it. You could always buy it and install it and before hooking up the plumbing, have a seat and see what you think. Would only take about 10 min.
Thanks
Is filling the reservoir obsolete with the bidet?
The toilet reservoir tank still fills to flush the toilet. A tee is added just below the reservoir to supply water to the bidet.
Mine sprays water everywhere and it leaks on to the floor. What's going wrong?
You might not have tightened everything up, make sure no water leaks from the connections. I had to use teflon tape and plumbers putty to get a really tight seal on everything.
so in the UK winter does it spray your butt with really cold water?
🤔 Please try it and let me know! Honestly, I’m in Ohio and we have cold winters and it has never been a problem. The water warms up in the lines in your house and is tepid when the spraying begins.
Does this one have a self cleaning mode?
No. This one is very inexpensive but very nice for the money. Since it is non-electric, it can only spray. But since the sprayers close by spring action, they stay covered to keep themselves clean.
There's two versions of this bidet. The one in the video, and another one which replaces the lady bits setting with a nozzle cleaning mode.
@@MidAgedDad You could always just turn it on from one of the settings for a minute therefore, it is cleaning mode lol
How it goes after these months, any issue so far?
Still working like a champ! I can’t believe how inexpensive and good it is.
@@MidAgedDad thanks! Gonna order one soon 😌
The instructions it comes with does not help
Had to go to a UA-cam video
I hope mine helps.
Isn’t the water really cold? 🥶
That’s what I was expecting, but actually, no. It is room temperature because it has been sitting in the lines and you don’t use enough to get to the cold water coming in your house.
Cathy, I just installed one and I cannot tell you how refreshing the cold water feels on your b**t !!
The water is cool but very refreshing. It’s not like stepping under a cold shower.
So if it’s coming from the water in the tank, isn’t that kind of dirty instead of hooking it up to your sink water
Cavemen didn't have toilet paper.
Didn't have UA-cam either
Is it cold water? Very bad. This is how I got myself hemorrhoids.
Since only a small amount of water is used, it naturally is warmed up to the temperature of your house so it isn’t bad when you use it. Sorry about the roids
No, your diet probably gave those to you. Too much straining. Add fiber. More plants will sort you out.
Cold water?🤔

Wipes are never ok, they clog pipes.
Not if u throw them in the trash
Yes they are. They say do not flush even on the flushable ones 🤣
@@muthatruknweezie448 So you're okay with a trashcan full of wipes with crap on them? Gross.
@@CarlosGomez-hw5vd only in Ur backwards countrys bro
"wifey keeps toilets clean" is the most misogynistic crap...
I’m glad to see you have a sense of humor.
@@MidAgedDad pun intended :)
You didn't use the plumbers tape. Hope it doesn't leak on you.
