But seriously since being pregnant and trying to stay healthy to keep the baby weight to a minimum I seriously praise these videos now lol it keeps my cravings at bay and actually helps me feel full....so just know not only creepy people with weird fetishes find this useful. so thanks! I've only been interesting in mukbang since having to eat a special diet for health issues. if I was able to eat this stuff though I wouldn't watch it. it's awesome cause I don't crave it when I can't eat it... but if I can eat the food I'd be salivating and looking for a takeout menu.

I'm sorry there seems to be so much negativity in these comments :( I personally loved this video. And I don't care if you decided to talk about fat and calories because sometimes if you're sharing a meal with someone that's what you discuss. Sometimes without even thinking about it because the food is good and you're just saying what comes to mind. Yeah mukbangs are about eating large portions of food like it's nothing, but they're also about "sitting down" with someone and enjoying a meal with them. Would you tell your friend to complain less if they brought up fat and calories over a meal? Nah, you would be right there with them, probably saying omg you're so right, and continuing to stuff your face. Bc it's good. Great video, Michelle. As always. Nothing in that meal is unhealthy PER SE. If you ate that 3 times a day for a year then yeah, maybe. But in isolation it's actually not bad. But that's the issue isn't it? No balance in diet. Fat is not the enemy, refined sugar is.
