Hey Linda! The goal of these videos isn’t to gorge myself for the sake of finishing - I always stop when I’m satisfied and save the rest for leftovers. I would put less food out in front of me but I’d make this larger amount anyways since I love leftovers 😅 so I figure why not put it all out and have the platter look more striking! 🤗
I am not a fan of american mukbangs. I too love when they finish their food. Or at least put out what you can eat so you can complete it. At this point I'm just watching people eat a regular meal and that's boring. Asian and middle easterners usually finish. 🤷🏽♀️

My mom slits the chicken and makes her own homemade paste with mustard and different seasonings then puts it all over the chicken so it spreads all over the chicken. You should try it when eating something with the chicken of course and not all this 😂
Just made a similar recipe inspired by this! Loved it tasted so good way better, Alfredo sauce is hard for me to break down and makes my stomach hurt so bad so this alternative was amazing
Im going to try this with sweet potatoes, butternut squash, onions, carrots, celery roasted with rosemary and use Romano or asiago. And maybe top it with kale chips/ mustard green chips. P.s if you havent tried mustard green chips you should! I usually just add pepper or unsalted seasonings to mine.

I like that even if it it the biggest amount of pasta a human being can eat at once u really enjoy and your are not disgusting at al while eating u look cute amazing u made me enjoy the pasta i could feel the taste lol
