      Sir, jaha tak mujhe pata hai hume 1din me 2500kcal khana parta hai,usme 800cal carbo(200g), 800cal prot(200g), and 900cal fat(100g)jaruri hota hai. Baki ka pata nehi

      Instead of giving bro science or super basic advice on fitness with no directions or instructions to actually apply it...
      You are making your subscribers "actually" independent for thier basic fitness related necessities that is required to start their journey....
      It also prevents any phitness advice from so called phitness influencers who instead of educating about fitness try to chase only the views and later cash in by selling their online training program which is not worth it at all...

    The example where you mention white rice and oats, you’re right about both containing same calories, but what about the glycemic index of each, the increased fibre in oats resulting in more stable blood sugar level and their effects on insulin making oats a better food choice. All of these factors effect the fat accumulation/burning process.
