I am not sure about programming capabilities of the D7 but as far as connection, I’m almost positive it would work

Well depending. Last 2022 I did the star connector no longer works and you need to access through the 12+8. I have already videoed the job going to upload it soon.

I’m not familiar with ik618 but 12+8 will definitely let you communicate with the 2018 and up models

With the autel maxilm im508 what year cars can’t you get ? I have up to 2022 but my coworker tried to tell me i can’t program anything over 2015 even though I have up to 2022.

Does it matter what key programmer you use the adc2011 on ?
No. It’s working with most but some will require you to connect the OBD as well. And some like autopropad will need only the clip to work..

Can you use just adc 2011 without obd? Will it still work?
If you using other tools for the program such as auto propad then you don’t need. You may be able to connect the G box and supply 12 V from outside instead of connecting to the OBD, though I highly recommend having an OBD extension it’s a cheap cable that will save you a lot of headache

Adapter: just google “ADC2011” and you will get best results next to you.
Extension: I got that on Amazon. Make sure to get 12 ft so you never have problems.
You can add key without erasing. The Autel says not but just avoid that.
Hello how do i program a key for my 2017 charger? I have a maxi 508 programming tablet.
I’m not sure with the maxi but with the im508 you just do OBD. no bypass cable necessary.

Perfect. So just do the same as you see in the video but on models below 2018 you don’t need to use the bypass cable

No. It’s should work with all programmers. Some of them would want you to put it in the OBD as well.

Maybe. But sometimes if it tells you does not support in the system when you try to read the password, it’s Internet connection.
Were you able to read number of keys?
@@legacylocksmith7874 i was able to read number of keys. oddly enough i went under 22 Jeep Grand cherokee and was able to read pin and program keys. i then went back to Durango, and i was able to pull the pin. maybe it was a fluke.
I keep getting the error "Reading password not supported by system". I am connected to my home network and I even tried connecting through my iphone tethering. Internet connection is very good and the web browser works. I can read all the modules and see how many keys are programmed. All seems to work until the pin portion. Do I need a current subscription for my IM508? It expired a few months ago. @@legacylocksmith7874
If your able to read keys but not pull the pin what does that mean
