Perfect timing. I wet blocked a sweater, tried to hold it tightly to roll it in the towel, but when I layed it out it pulled all over. I followed your technique for pushing it together and will now wait to see how it dries. Like the coco knits new blocking towel, might have to invest, especially as I am working through quite a few sweaters
Beware of colors that bleed, if u allow your items to soak for a long time. I always plan my blocking when I have a few hours open n my schedule. If u don’t have a couple hours to allow it to soak and then be blocked, then wait until u have the time. I always check on my soak, so I can catch any bleeding on my multi colored projects.
I think lightly wet blocking some acrylic items has been helpful. It certainly doesn’t have the results like a wool item, though. As a synthetic, it doesn’t have memory.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. I love your videos and always learn from you. And great job on the filming, Robin!
Thanks so much Nancy....oh my goodness, at the end, you made me SO hungry 😝🥰
Really enjoyed the blocking segment. Very helpful. ❤
Another great lesson again Nancy🙏💗👍
Very important information. Thank you
thankyou Nancy, I love the Coco Knits blocking kit, such a worthy investment
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the Black Sheep Knitting Community.
Wonderful lesson. Thanks!
Love the sweater you are wearing. What yarn did you use? I love the color.
Hello Nancy, great tutorial!
My question is, should I block each part before or after assembly a sweater? Thanks.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!
Got some good tips on blocking. Thanks. Also, what sweater is that you are wearing? I probably missed it in the video.
Happy Thanksgiving
Thanks for the useful info. I love your sweater. Could you tell us the pattern please? And Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Please forgive this likely ignorant question: Do acrylic items need to be blocked or is it only natural fibers? Thank you!
