I really like this format❤. I can spread out watching over a couple of days and enjoy it longer 😁 Always enjoy seeing your beautiful projects and yarns. I am currently working on Joji’s Pure Joy shawl which is a great knit and uses fingering weight. I’m watching from Texas.
I’m in the UK, I prefer the recorded format as I don’t get to see you live unless I’m on holiday in the USA 😊

I get up every morning 3:45 make coffee and knit or stitch until 5:40. Than it's time for work
I can relate with knitting in the morning. The house is quite, I get I to quite a rhythm and meditative state. I can even hear my own thoughts which sometimes send me down the rabbit hole on my devices 😂 thanks for sharing!

I’m watching 7 days from when you posted which is typical for me. In my opinion, this format is much better. When I watch a playback of your live, the quality is grainy and I get tons of commercials. This video is very clear and no commercials! I’ll watch either way but this is more pleasant for me.
I watch when I can so the format doesn't matter to me. I will say the content is more focused in the recorded version.

Better quality for recorded. I had stopped watching much because there were audio issues and as someone else said , tons of commercials. It made it hard to knit and watch, because I had to keep dropping my yarn to skip. And…I really love your podcasts, the fantastic inspiration of colors, patterns, and your joy of sharing. I really want to get a Dunedrifter kit, but am going to Rhinebeck this year an feel like I need to wait to see how much damage I do there. Thanks for an amazing episode. ❤

Was delighted to hear your music score at beginning of podcast!! I had forgotten about it from past sessions that I watched when I first found you. I like both live and recorded BUT my work schedule rarely allowed me to watch live so I would watch it recorded most of the time so…..I say do what works best for you! I like the edits you have with pattern names, etc. Thanks for staying so late to record, hopefully future sessions will be at a better time for you both. Thanks for all the inspiration…….

To be honest, I like the recorded version. Oh, I'm from Canada. I'm lucky I work afternoons, so if I wake up and knit in the night, I have lots of time to get back to sleep.

Much as I enjoy you both live, I like the recorded version for several reasons, 1 being that I can stop and take down color names or pattern and then return without missing anything. Am definitely a morning knitter and Pam thank you for the out and out laugh over Velma and Scooby Doo. It’s a great color.

Great episode! Love the inspiration with all the colors and patterns! I need more knitting time for all the beautiful things you show. Live or recorded, both are great. I have ripped out and restarted a project with the same yarn, usually because my guage changed and it won't be wearable. Life hapoens!
Indeed it does. Ripping is definitely part of the process. Do you reek it right away with the same yarn or do you wait?
I was so sad on my Tuesday morning (Australia) not to find your podcast! So, then, so happy to discover this one, this am! Truthfully, I'm mixed about which format I prefer. I think the lives are a bit more animated but that could also be because you did this video so late in the evening! Anyway, I enjoyed this podcast very much. You asked for fingering weight shawl suggestions. I am IN LOVE with Inese Sang's patterns. Plan on knitting both her Smilga and Sunweavers shawls, but all her designs are stunning. Big Natasja Hornby fan here, too. Near the finish line on my Yvonne MT shawl and my Kari Sweater (yarn bought from your shop), my fourth and fifth Natasja patterns! Thank you so much for your podcasts.
Were you thinking of the Parallel Play Wrap by Stephen West at the end? I test knit that and it woukd be perfect for those madtosh colors- plus it’s totally customizable re color numbers and width… genius. Also- I couldn’t resist the chroma kit using the classic colors in Hudson and west. Good one!!
