So nice to see you back. ❤ My nonna died in November and although she was 93 and we are all aware she would go soon we still felt the same grief for her loss. It is never easy to say good bye to lovely people that are part of our life. I hope you and your family are coping as well as it canbe ❤

I’m so sorry about the passing of your FIL. My husband still occasionally finds postcards he thinks his dad would like and writes a message and pops them in unaddressed. I’m so grateful for knitting to get this through times like this. I’m making the Woolly Waffle shawl at the minute and it’s a great shape and perfect for using up single skeins! My thoughts are with you and your family, no matter how long it’s expected it’s still difficult when loved ones pass. I try and remind myself to focus on the lovely memories. And thank God we have the gift of crafting, I have knit myself through some pretty tough times and also the happy times.
So sorry for your loss Ruth, losing a loved one is really hard. Take time to grieve and please don't apologise for disappearing for a wee while from social media; self care is so important and necessary. I am glad you have your faith (and your knitting 😊) to help you through it. I hope your new medication can give you some relief from the menopause symptoms you are experiencing right now, hang in there - this too shall pass! So sorry for your loss Ruth, losing a loved one is really hard. Take time to grieve and please don't apologise for disappearing for a wee while from social media; self care is so important and necessary. I am glad you have your faith (and your knitting 😊) to help you through it. I hope your new medication can give you some relief from the menopause symptoms you are experiencing right now, hang in there - this too shall pass! All that said, it's been really lovely to watch your podcast and see all of your beautiful makes. Thank you for sharing and for keeping me company as I sit and knit ❤xx

I am sorry for your loss. We went through this last year and the year before. We lost my husband's father in 2022 and his mother in 2023. I enjoy your videos and your project are beautiful. God Bless.
