Brady's is a wonderful company with FANTASTIC customer service. Never been there physically but have placed several orders the past few months, and each time they nail it. THANK YOU to Brady's and thank you PGH for giving them this video!
I've been there numerous times oh, I remember this amusing there Railroad Museum, close by I forget. Last time I was there was in 1967, or 1968. I remember seeing all the brass locomotives, unpainted. By far the best, model railroad store in the country. I made a mistake, strain store that I had in mind when I made the comment, is in Lancaster area, close to Miller's Smorgasbord, I believe it was on Route 30? But this store is almost identical. Although you did not photograph any of the brass locomotives. The train store that I used to go to, had many brass locomotives. Today is June 22nd 2022, at 12:57 Eastern Time. Thank you for this post oh, you did a great job.
Thanks Nick. They seem to have quire a bit of stuff on the wall that is not on the web site, so I really appreciate you taking the time to "film" the whole store. Emailed them today. Again, very much appreciated!
Awesome!! yeah their website has some items they basically don’t display in the store and vice versa. And I believe they’re doing free shipping over $100 if I’m not mistaken
Thanks so much DJ, likewise! It was nice to meet you and chat for a little bit. Sorry I meant to edit out the part when you first walked in 😆😂 I guess oh naturale it is! LOL
@@PghTrainFanatic no problem man. I live in Butler currently but grew up in Zelienople PA...so I've been around real trains and model trains my whole life.
Lol it’s so funny I didn’t post A full length video for a couple months and people think I left 😂. But thank you Heath I’m glad to be “back” lol. The Sunday streams were fun but as you know very time consuming and a commitment.
Thanks so much Jim! I completely agree. Nothing better then being able to see all these trains up close and out of the boxes. I really hate going to stores where all the engines are boxed up and all you see is a price tag….that’s bad marketing. Glad you enjoyed Brady’s, they’re the best display of trains I’ve personally even seen. Thanks again, Nick-
Fantastic video, just came from Sid's and his fantastic work on a certain engine. Thank you for checking out Brady's again. Great store, and remember when you order over $200 worth of items they ship for free.
I just bought the GE Evolution Action Box Car you picked up!!! I have the Evolution engine, can't wait for it to get here. Watch a video from Bob's trains. He has a bunch of Evolution cars. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
There's actually another train store called Dicks Train House in Greensburg and i think they'd appreciate you going to their train store and doing a video on them
Nick, nice video of a great train store. Maybe next time you could do a slow pan of each section then go back and do your individual item shots. This would give us a better idea of all the items on display. One of the nicest train store displays I have ever seen. Thank you so much.
@@PghTrainFanatic Hi Nick, you did good, but if viewers like myself had a slow pan of each section (so much to see in a quick pan) we could use pause to see all available and call store for a sale. Just a thought. Thanks for the kind reply.
Is Hobby Speed still open in Indiana, PA? I haven't been there since I was in college there. I hope it's still making it. I'm enjoying your tour of PA stores.
I live a few miles down the road from it. From the people I know that are into trains in my area they say that they are overpriced and hard to deal with.
I’ve always been treated well at Brady’s over the years no matter who I spoke to that may have been working there at the time. He has allot of new items which are expensive from the manufacturers but the prices are competitive with most major train stores.
Being a HO layout person, looks like that store is more for Lionel-O Gage people. Didn't see much for HO on your tour, so that store would not be for me. You seemed to be more focused on O-Gage stuff. Prices I saw on items were kind of steep - saw one price at $1400 dollars.

Strange observation….I own a Lionel 765 berk and have gone on the excursion in cuyahoga Falls 🤷🏻♂️ There’s literally hundred of trains on those shelves I can’t mention every single one

I never heard of a tent sale that is cool thanks for showing
They buy collections so he has many trains to sell aside from the brand new ones in the store on the shelves.
A Perfect Way To become Train Tarded Cause of All Good looking Engines There’s Not a Bad Lookin Engine In that Shop.

Great that’s awesome! Look on their website too they offer free shipping and if you buy somthing mention you saw it from the video
I love my Chessie 2-8-0 it was my first MTH way back in 2007.
That’s great! Those are nice little engines!
OMG !!! Those prices are out of my range.
I never knew it was such an expensive hobby. Each train price just wow.
It is expensive. Prices have gone up since covid too. However there are engines in O gauge that are more affordable from Lionel LionChief
Will have to make a trip out to Brady's soon. Thanks so much.
you could buy Ho gauge

Just a heads up, the owner of Dick's passed away, but his son plans to continue the business.

Do they cater to American Flyer?
Love the Atlantic Coast line Passenger set at 25:27 of the video….anyone know what model number that is?
I was oklahoma had a train shop at a great low price
My $7k legacy polar express set is there somewhere lol. Still have to finish paying it lol
Lol he told me he had that set on layaway for someone. Now I know! 😂

The train hobby is to darn expensive anymore. At these prices It might be better to invest in jewelry instead. 😂
n
scale or ho,
Hi yes they sell N and HO as well. I went over some of those items around 2/3 of the way through the video
I bought a sweet n scale covered hopper there!
