Phil Collins: Scenes from "I Start Counting," a 1970 Film

- Recently discussion about a film that Phil Collins appeared in that seems to have been filmed in 1969 and released in 1970 brought forth an interest, so I put together a little summary.
The disturbing British coming-of-age thriller "I Start Counting", starring Jenny Agutter, was adapted from the 1966 novel of the same name by Audrey Erskine Lindop. One review (by Alex Kirschenbaum, of the re-release on DVD in 2021, shares... "I Start Counting is a welcome relic of its era: it is distinctively late-1960s in its fashions and characterizations, and it is decidedly British in its affectations, despite harboring a rather risque subject matter."
It seems the 14-year old Wynne is love sick - with her brother...thankfully, not biological - until... wait is he a killer?

supposedly a cameo of him playing cards with the cast & crew of the 1st Miami Vice episode, "Brother's Keeper" .
"In the Air Tonight" was used in this episode.

This was Phil Collins with hair before most folks ever had heard of him. It wasnt until Genisis and until his solo album Face Value came out in, i believe, 1981 did Phil went bald and become the icon we know today.
Looks a bit like Kurt Cobain.
