    @4710dan yes. and also don't necessarily push to do 1 more each time because that's just not possible. also don't focus on only one workout do several, and my final tip is don't train the same muscle day after day. switch up each day or you could pull or damage your muscles. hope this helps :D

    ohh, ok thanks for the info , i was afraid because i dont want to get smaller , just look at the

    @ Cole Armitage:

    which one should i start on working?
    the arm muscles or stomach muscles?

  • @PalmAir
    @PalmAir 15 років тому

    It depends on which energy system you are working, short runs won't make you loose as much weight as a long slow jog as when the body takes part in longer exercises it uses the fat cells to create energy. So when exercising the body uses the nutrients in your body in a particular order, Carbs, Fats then protiens.

    do you guys recomend doing aerobic exercises , like jogging o running, in addition to the parkour/free running?its the parkour/free running considered as an aerobic exercise?because i dont want to lose too much muscle mass. btw,i would like to know what does Sam eat to be that big?nice video.

    marathoners are like that cause the don't do weight lifiting or any pumping exercises , they run and only build lean (very strong small) muscle
    so don't worry by running you'll strengthen the muscles and increase your overall endurance ( because running is a very good cardio exercise )
    sorry if i sounded like a ass before , cheers

    Its not natural for a pull up but it uses a different muscle group and if you do parkour or freerunning you use those muscle groups a ton when pulling urself up walls and other obstacles.

    the other comment was an excuse to say "why" the 3runners are weaker... that was my whole point.. and you were difending them as if they are competent with hannibal in any way except the freerunning tricks in your other posts.
    yeah hannibal couldn't do a flip to save his life, I didn't talk about that, I was talking about the strength in bar excercises and that's all.
    I guess we're both wrong and right at the same time then.
