10/5*

peace
this will help me a lot guys thanks
I love you guys!
Please make another one of these!
Good video guys!
awesome vid!
Great great ideas.
great vid!
@4710dan yes. and also don't necessarily push to do 1 more each time because that's just not possible. also don't focus on only one workout do several, and my final tip is don't train the same muscle day after day. switch up each day or you could pull or damage your muscles. hope this helps :D
Great exercises! I'll add them to my training. Could you do next tutorial about lower body, please? :) Peace
one-handed pull-up. Now there's a goal. Also the flag looks awesome. Cheers guys
ohh, ok thanks for the info , i was afraid because i dont want to get smaller , just look at the
marathoners , they are really small because they run alot ,and i was talking about running and doing parkour/freerunning the same day.
@ Cole Armitage:
when you did your no help handstand push up.. is it just me or do you lean more to the left of your body then right? or doesn't that mater with the exercise results?
great video by the way ;)
thank u for that take care
ok , thanks again , now i will do it 3 or 4 days per week.
thanks
thanks 3run, this is so helpful. however, i've noticed that every time people talk about conditions for back muscles, they only mintion the upper back excercises. please, i need condition for the lower back. thank u.
yeah , i want to know it too...
Good exercises there :)
Ничего нового я для себя не узнал, но за видео спасибо)))
Im happy i could do this 2 years ago ^-^
You guys are quite strong. kind of surprising because i didn't see an overwhelming amount of muscle mass. Nice vid yo 5
which one should i start on working?
the arm muscles or stomach muscles?
It depends on which energy system you are working, short runs won't make you loose as much weight as a long slow jog as when the body takes part in longer exercises it uses the fat cells to create energy. So when exercising the body uses the nutrients in your body in a particular order, Carbs, Fats then protiens.
cheers man but i was wondering if you could post a video on leg conditioning to help height in jumps and flips please thanks agen lads =)
Порадовало! =)
perfect
nice and powerfull!
But can you next time do some more spezial moves?
cheers man
marvelooooooooooooooous
This questions are for everyone:
do you guys recomend doing aerobic exercises , like jogging o running, in addition to the parkour/free running?its the parkour/free running considered as an aerobic exercise?because i dont want to lose too much muscle mass. btw,i would like to know what does Sam eat to be that big?nice video.
Some nice excersises there. peace
Cole Armitage has my shoes! KALENJI!
another name for that outhand wide grip is what we usually call military pull ups here in america ^_^ but awesome video. No homo or anything but thanks for making this. I've been trying to find a good conditioning vid for getting me ready for free running. Thanks alot.
Cool, now I want to learn the lower body conditioning xD
hey Sam and Cole, i want to ask how many pull-ups do you achieved to be able to do one-armed pull-ups? thx for the tutorial btw =D peace!
Awesome ;)
Is there any gravity where you guys are? You look amazing!
I
martial arts stances (horse stance, bull stance, empty stance, and resting stance) and running
get one of your friends to stand by your head while you do v ups but have them throw your legs back down for resistance and then have them throw them to the sides for obleqes (bad spelling) but thats your side abs
do you guys have tips on self training?
i fucking love 3run !! respect these guys !! ;)
Great Work Out Nuff Said
Much Love The Hounds
Thanks 5*
How many times a week and how many hours a day do you guys exercise?
hi, I'm a traceur from Brazil ... and I really enjoyed the video that will not have to put subtitles in vcs ingles.porque help more.
thanks
marathoners are like that cause the don't do weight lifiting or any pumping exercises , they run and only build lean (very strong small) muscle
so don't worry by running you'll strengthen the muscles and increase your overall endurance ( because running is a very good cardio exercise )
sorry if i sounded like a ass before , cheers
when i try hanging legg raises my leggs hurt when i point my toes and stretch completely how can i help this?
You can try keeping a slight bend in the knees
hope lower body conditioning will be coming soon... =]
I was talking to strongid, not the guys in the video... their videos are awesome..
I'm trying to do bar hold, which exercise must i do?
@deusevents so you can see the muscles taht are getting worked with each exercise.
@Canizarezqw look like it,
see therse not alot of seperte peises of bootem texture
(i only know this cause i need to buy a pair and i looked up requirments
any legs workout tutorials?
Not only the triceps at 7:25, but this one also works the lats. I started doing these and then I tried doing a flag again, and I did it.....it works.
what does chase do for conditioning? :]
nice
greets from germany
@4710dan as meny as you can try to do one more each time KEY WORD "TRY" don't push you're self you do too much and you can damage your muscles. hope this helps :D
hand placement (the way you grab the bar), arms straight (look for tutorials)
@InfiniteFR
their own problem dude :)
do you guys do lifting also ?
how abt the lower body?
@ 4:20 What's the name of those shoes? And are they made for parkour?
I can military press 135, and pullup bodyweight+50lbs for 7 and +85lbs for 3 but I cant flag for balls. Whats the tip of the day for it?
@Xlouis369 Success in training flowchart :
try it-> (can you do it? No) ->try it again. (repeat till step 2 is yes.)
thats how practice + exercise works. (seriously.......)
Well, it's no wonder they're so ripped, they've got an awesome playground with all sorts of options. Playgrounds in the US are so easy and safe... hermetically sealed. Risk is what makes a playground fun.
Hench boys ltd. ha ha nice upload guys, and nice trim sam
nice kalenjis cole:)
Its not natural for a pull up but it uses a different muscle group and if you do parkour or freerunning you use those muscle groups a ton when pulling urself up walls and other obstacles.
they quite clearly say at the start that this isnt a tutorial, its just to give some ideas
@soyaoyeng well, i dunno about them, but i am a bit out of shape and can do 3 pull ups and i can do 1 one handed.
Nice=))
The muscle up is damn hard.I try and I try...but I still can't do 1 muscle up. :\
i have been told that having your hands facing forward when u do pull ups is very bad for your back as it is not natural for your hands to do ?
"You can progress to one armed ones, keep it controlled when you do it." BAHAHAHA, the oac looked so easy for you
Sam is so fit
Where is the guy with the blond spiky hair (Sam) from, accent-wise? I know GB, but I mean WHERE lol
I like that 3RUN is a supporter of Shirtless O'clock
Phil aka eyerunde, please post as a video responce to prove your point please.
lmao at the lil girls in the background
Pull ups and push ups for upper body conditioning. Who would have thought, right? >.>
@MrFutbalhead
the other comment was an excuse to say "why" the 3runners are weaker... that was my whole point.. and you were difending them as if they are competent with hannibal in any way except the freerunning tricks in your other posts.
yeah hannibal couldn't do a flip to save his life, I didn't talk about that, I was talking about the strength in bar excercises and that's all.
I guess we're both wrong and right at the same time then.
there from plymouth i think
@Alexplus20 but there are so many little children at the local park :)
damn one hand pull up
5:47 - have this exercise own name ?
@MrFutbalhead
and why you haven't heard of them and their strength? For the same reason, for example, so many good looking people are never seen in magazines even they could break the fashion world with their looks. I really hope you understand this example :D.... but I won't count on it.
lol Sam 2:05 "I can't do them very well" then goes and does it one handed. you big show off :P xx mike xx
I just can say only in America !
