- Photo's put to a popular classic northern soul track by Chuck Wood from back in the day. Northern Soul was a music scene that was popularised in many northern towns throughout England for over a decade from the late 60's to early 80's. Venue's such as Twisted Wheel in Manchester, Blackpool Mecca, Wigan Casino, Catacombs in Wolverhampton & the Golden Torch in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent were venues widely visited by fans of the music who would often travel to a different all nighter every weekend in search of that perfect night of soul.
