- Video footage taken of scooter clubs & riders from the south of England riding around some of London's landmarks. This video was taken during the Buckingham Palace ride with many scooters gathering in London's Carnaby St to ride through London's west end & onto Shoreditch.

The music is from the the poor oppressed ghettos of black America , Detroit in this particular case .
It was adopted by us working class youths in northern England (and Scotland ,and wales) who related to the music ,because ,not only was it shit hot to dance to , but it had been disregarded and overlooked ...like we had been .
Anyone who associates “our love” with union jacks probably only came across the record through the scooter scene and never went the casino .
