Both alexi 200 and 600 have a passive pickup. And the sawtooth was inspired by Randy Rhodes signature model and alexi I believe just flipped. And esp are Japanese. Ltd is made Korea or Indonesia i believe.
It’s crazy bc my ALEXI-200 came w a EMG…not ESP pickup…and it’s an active too…maybe it was a start to a custom…but, mine plays nice…just hate the tremolo
@@EricsGuitarCorner it sounds fantastic…however, I’m not a fan of the tremolo and I broke a string…since I’ve broken a string it hasn’t been in proper tuning, and it annoys the crap outta me

I bet it sounds great with an EMG. I don't really like the ESP pickup.

I paid $300 for mine used at Guitar Center. I think the new ones are around 500 or 600.
