I think I'd rather have a campaign mode that wasn't literally the most obnoxious campaign mode in the history of games, than a bunch more hairstyles. But I highly doubt that will be in a patch any time soon. As long as they can make people contort their body to block 180 degrees behind them while running forward, it's all good, lol.
I hope they re-add feasts into the game since it was a great part of Warband. It is something cool to do during peace times to get increased relations with the lords that made sense to exist in Warband.

I honestly couldn't care about hairstyles. I just want the troop AI to realize when the gate has been breached that they can go there instead of the whole army dog-piling at the bottom of the ladders. Why would you climb a ladder and get sniped by archers when you could charge through the OPEN gates? Also, if a hundred troops escape to the keep why do I only ever get 20 dudes to fight my last stand? Additionally, we need the ability to appoint local governors just like in Warband. Or if I rule well and the people like me than in time myself or my successors should be accepted by the people of my kingdom. Rule poorly and the people rebel. Rule well and...they still hate you. It won't be overnight, but it should be possible.
