Pepperoni Pizza Mac and Cheese MUKBANG + Recipe + Pasta Hack!

- Today, we're eating pepperoni pizza mac and cheese, AND we're doing another mac n cheese/pasta hack from my viral baked feta pasta videos on TikTok! This hack works SO well -- you guys 100% need to try. How I did it below!
Ingredients:
1 block feta
1 small log of goat cheese
1 lb dry pasta (I used shells)
4 cups mozzarella (divided 1.5 + 2.5)
1 cup freshly grated parmiggiano
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 of an onion, grated
2 tbsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)
fresh cracked black pepper to taste
5 cups whole milk (I used up some half n half so added some water too)
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce (your fav)
3 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
pepperoni
Method:
Add feta and goat cheese to the center of casserole dish, then add dry pasta, 1.5 cups mozzarella, the parm, garlic, grated onion, salt, pepper and milk around the cheese and give a little stir to mix. Then, I added the tomato sauce on top to be fancy for TikTok, but you can add to the pasta/liquid and mix there instead. Then pop in a 350 F oven for 50 minutes. Half way through cooking, give the pasta/liquid a little stir. Once the 50 minutes is up, take out of the oven, add the oregano and mix everything together. Once it's combined, top with the rest of your mozz and the pepperonis, then put in the oven on a low rack and broil for 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn! Once the cheese is melted and browned on top, it's done!

Could you do something wish mushrooms - unless of course you don't like mushrooms, I don't think there is a video on your channel with mushrooms yet.
I made this tonight and it was frikkin INCREDIBLE! Like my eyes rolled into my head good. One tiny add that I did to make it like my favorite pizzas is I had some cooked crumbled Italian sausage on the side and added it in at the same time as the oregano right before the broil at the end. It was amazing. That sauce !!!!

i was one of the ones “arguing” on tik tok stating that clearly these people had never really made mac and cheese before if they were complaining about it looking like “soup” if you know how to make it you’d know then it’s preferred to have that much so it’s not dried out - for your first round and for leftovers - as much as i luv tik tok there are so many that just like to comment haphazardly 🙇♀️

Giada Dilaurentiis did this pasta hack years and years ago on her show with her aunt Raffi. They used dry ziti rigati I believe. And all tomato sauce. And it looked great then.

I’m always shook when you mix everything with the noodles. Im so use to seeing the cheese sauce made first and then mixed with the noodles but it comes out looking amazing each and every time you do it! You may be on to something lol!

Interesting way of cooking this recipe. It looks delish. It takes a little attention to not let the pasta overcook and goes mushy. Otherwise, cooking pasta in their own sauce instead of regular salted water takes the dish to another level of flavor.

I think you should try Lebanese rastaurant. Like having ( stuffed sour vine leaves rolls + olive oil) , fatteh humous so creamy with fried pita bread cubes on top some meat and fried pines , tabouleh sour with with alot of fresh vegetables and olive oil and some desserts ( like halawet jebn , sweet cheese rolls) . Yum yum
